I’d probably give 5 stars if it wasn’t so pricey! Love their salads. Friendly service with great comfortable seating. Nice and cool air conditioning. Food was tasty and flavorful always a hit!

They seemed to have a shortage of some food items. We just worked around it. Wasn’t too busy during the weekday. No problem getting a table. Food excellent, good taste, perfect temperature, good sized serving portions. Very enjoyable experience.

Great food overall and great service. Nice staff. The menu has a lot of choices, portions are generous. Once you come in you will see the seating being a bit dirty but the bathrooms are really clean. Overall, nice restaurant and recommended for tourist, safe choices. Calamari is good, Bacon Bacon Burger with sweet potato fried is good. We try the Salted Caramel Cheesecake, good but heavy for us.

Door-Dash ordered the Ahi Poke Bowl and the Cheesecake Factory sent the wrong thing twice. Michael the Senior Manager is extremely argumentative and degrading. He insisted the nachos were 22 and the bowl was more. I said well 22 dollar for two pieces in the nachos are extremely expensive. We’ll be glad to let you know that the last time we entered the restaurant, the service was horrible. No one came to our table for over 30 minutes once seated. The waitress “forgot to put our food in and our drinks” by the time she checked on us for first time our daughter had already fallen asleep after waiting over an hour to get her food I asked to be placed as soon as she remembered she had a table.

We were seated at window which was enjoyable to see people passing by. Burgers and fries were not too expensive(less than $20). I ordered the island style and my friend ordered cheeseburger in paradise. Both were okay. I am not a huge fan of burger but I could finish mine but my friend couldn’t. For some reason, the taste of the burger was not that harmonious. I had to make an effort to chew and enjoy my meal.. hmm, we still enjoyed Hawaii while eating. Since it was an affordable tourist meal, It is okay. I would not recommend to my loving ones though.

Amazing service. The fish was overcooked, and I was underwhelmed by the “macadamia crust” which was just nuts on top the fish. Drinks were definitely overpriced. 18$ for an espresso martini was too much. Sorry but I would only go here again for the cheesecake.

The food here was really good but the service was utterly terrible. We had to wait for more than 20 minutes to get my daughter orange juice. I asked the waiter We still haven’t got my daughter orange juice and her reply was they are still squeezing the oranges I just thought wow. She didn’t really check on us if we wanted a top up at all we had to stop her and ask if we could get more drinks and when we asked for the bill they expected us to pay for a $93.00 tip. Cheese Cake factory let me know if you want her name I’ll be more than happy to give it to you. I would had rated this place higher but the service was terrible.
