I’m extremely disappointed with our dining experience and take out. A ribeye steak should never be tough or chewy. It should be tender and juicy, with just enough fat to make it flavorful and enjoyable to eat. The take out food didn’t match the menu, and the discrepancy was a total appetite killer. Pictures from their menu included and the takeout pictures was these. I hope management addresses this consistency issue. Thank you.

We got there half an hour before our 4:30pm reservation. There was literally no one there but had to wait 20 minutes. Seems like you can’t avoid waiting. We order lots of small plates. The spaghetti and meatballs. Fried zucchini was good. Orange chicken was good. The Thai shrimp was fried, didn’t expect that. Wasn’t that great. The street corn was great. The sliders were huge! Like the size of McDonald’s hamburgers. All seem to be undercooked. The calamari was good, the sauce needs work.

It was amazing! The food was so good. It was very rich and creamy my pasta and I love the portion size is so great that I could take home. The service was so spectacular. I was celebrating my birthday and it made my whole night the best! I was able to get my free cheesecake here and they put so much effort to make my day so special. The cheesecake was so delicious had full of flavors and melted in my mouth. I will definitely come back here again.

Celebrated my birthday with a friend and had a great lunch. Our server Richard was very personable and attentive. The challenge was deciding what to order, both food and dessert. Lastly, we appreciated the special birthday dessert, which prompted me to buy a couple of slices of cheesecake for later.

It was our fault for arriving at 6pm on a Saturday night; the wait was about an hour long. The food was great, but it took a while to get to us as it was a busy night. It’s amazing that they have such a huge selection of food and cheesecakes to choose from. There’s something for everyone here! The staff was wonderfully friendly and checked on how we were doing periodically. I’d definitely come back again but would come a little earlier. While we waited, we walked around the Kamakana Alii shopping mall, which has a variety of specialty shops and other restaurants.

We had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. It had been almost a year since our last visit. The pulled pork BBQ sandwich was great. The meat was tender and juicy. We had Buffalo Blast for an appetizer. Chopped up chicken in a Buffalo sauce and cheese in a fried chicken style wrapping. Very good.

Always serving up some good food. Ordered the Diane steak bits, 4 cheese pasta, cucumber salad, and biscuits. Trust me these cucumbers tasted like the ones I get at DTF.
Our server has an injured arm but she didn’t miss a beat. Kept our water full and bought the food in a timely fashion.

We had to wait a bit for a table but it was worthwhile. Service was fast and attentive. It did took a while till we received the food but again kt was worthwhile. Really good food and great portions.

Great dinner on a Saturday night. Didn’t have reservations but wait wasn’t too bad for a weekend – just under 30 minutes. Enjoyed the outdoor patio seating.

The food was tasty, well made and was presented well. The cheesecake was very good. Personally I’ve had better but this is in my top ten, for sure.
The restaurant was clean and comfortably cool. It seemed very well maintained.
All in all it was a pleasure eating there.
