I was so excited when the lambchops came back. Everything was delicious and the drinks were good as well. My only complaint is something needs to be done about the carpet. It smells wet and very unpleasant.

Went here for family dinner, we called and requested table for 7. Got there and the younger host lady was being short and rude saying no one called and they don’t hold tables. On normal day, I would have walked out but being my birthday and my family was there already, we wanted. To be sure I didn’t make mistake, I called back same number and watched her answer the call. But anyways the food was really good, the waitress did her best with our table. It was all my family’s first time and I wanted them to enjoy the food.

I just left and probably had the worst experience ever. And this was a do over, we got a gift card from the disaster that was our to go order. First, we got the brisket queso, and apparently they ran out of tortilla chips, so the sever told us they cut tortillas and these were deep fried a little longer then they should of been. The manager however, said they had to go shopping. That was taken off. We got the parmesean crusted chicken, with two sides and a signature side. I asked our server if it would be 2.99 if I added it as another side, she said yes, that was also wrong. Evidently it’s $5.99. My mom got the same thing by the way. Mine was overcooked chicken, on the dry side and my moms was burnt at the top (the cheese.) My two daughters got the same thing; the kids sirloin medium well with fruit, my oldest had a medium/rare steak, still bleeding and my youngest had a very well done steak, barely able to cut through. The manager comes, says she’s taking the appetizer off, and she’d give us a different one to go, she also said she’d re make everyone’s food. It took a while, the girls steak came out better but it was hard to cut and me and my mom were already done with this experience, so we put ours in to go boxes… when the first check came, she charged my kids for their drinks even though it comes with one, so that got fixed and then no appetizer to go was offered, so I went to find the manager and ask for a discount. I mean, we didn’t even eat our food. Our table didn’t get cleaned. Our drinks had zero ice so we had to ask for it and they alone took her a while. She is pregnant, so she deserved Grace but it just became such a bad experience. We didn’t have enough silverware. Not enough straws. No napkins. I’m just extremely disappointed we used our gift card for another terrible experience.

I’m here tonight for my grandmother’s 94th birthday dinner the service was horrible. We were waiting for more family members to arrive to our table and we’re trying to get our seatings arranged for who wanted to be closest to my grandmother. When we arrived at the table nothing was there but had nothing but cold bread, no water, we had to ask for warm bread when they were bringing warm bread to other tables surrounding us we waited an hour plus for our food to come and while we were giving orders the waitress was very loud and very rudely told us to stay in our seats. But we are all adults you do not speak to your pain customers that way just because it makes your job easier I’m not paying to make your job easier I’m paying for a service for my grandmother’s birthday no one offers to sing her happy birthday or anything. Service was horrible!! The manager even came out and argued with my uncle at the table we should have all gotten up to leave but it was already late and we were just trying to get my grandmother dinner. The food was dry and cold they had attitudes when we tried to send things back because they had our orders incorrect. How are you going to tell your paying customers to stay in their seat so it doesn’t mess up the orders, but you still mess up the orders and then catch attitudes when we’re telling you the correct them or that we don’t want them. The food was horrible most of the family members didn’t even finish all their food. This was a horrible birthday experience not just for my grandmother but for my family.

The wait time to be seated was not too bad and the atmosphere was delightful. We ordered 2 steaks medium rare and received 1 perfectly cooked and the other was rare. Our salad dressing was too salty. When we informed the waitress, she just said oh sorry, with no offer to remake. The sweet potato and mac and cheese were very good. Longhorn is usually our preferred restaurant for steak, but we might have to start venturing elsewhere.

If it wasn’t for the food, i would gave it a 1 ⭐️. Service was terrible. Hosted had an attitude, then was sat down waited 10min and finally called a waiter then a waitress to get one assign to our table. Waited another 15-20 min, when finally got one waited even longer for order which everything came out at once, except for my food. Mind you it wasn’t rush hour and everyone but our table was being serve. This by far the worse service I’ve received. Was there to celebrate my birthday. Well that was a complete failed. Food was the only thing I can say was delicious. Next time I’ll just do take out if the service is this terrible.

I came in around 1:30pm. The hostess looked at me like I was crazy until I told her how many to be seated. My appetizer to forever to come out. My waiter did not offer me refills. He took my order like he was annoyed. I’m still waiting to be acknowledged so I can get the check And get out of here. I will not be returning.

Brisket Queso was warm, greasy and not even fresh, refills and food took forever, got my salad almost at the same time we all received our main dish then when they brought our food said they didn’t have something we ordered and would take it off but when we got our receipt it was still on there had to wait for a while for the waiter to come around to tell him to take it off and again had to wait a while just to get another receipt and service was slow. Definitely not ever worth going here again.
