Not impressed! This was my first time trying this place and I will not be recommending it to people. I was excited that I could order a burger with a gluten free bun, but the entire experience was disappointing. The service was not the friendliest (not rude, but indifferent). The prices were high for what you got.

This place has really gone downhill! Frankly, Wegman’s should just close the Burger Bar at this point, if this is the low quality effort they plan to put into the restaurant. In the past, my family and I really enjoyed this place. Had a variety of menu items beyond just burgers including great salads and a delicious lobster roll. The price was always a bit high, but justified perhaps by good food and service, plus convenient location. Now, all that is gone! They only serve not very good burgers and couple other sandwiches, nothing else. They have even dropped the mac and cheese from the kids menu, which was a go-to for my youngest. Also they have removed the fountain drink machine, which is bizarre, option are bottled beverages. Not only that, the kids menu items used to include a kids size ice cream after they ate, now also removed from menu, have to buy separately. Both my full size burger and the kids burgers were a joke compared to past quality. Very small and way way way over salted! Service was slow and quite unfriendly.

The burger bar used to be one of my favorite places to eat. I didn’t eat there regularly, but it was a great place to go as a treat, and I’d look forward to it. Never again!! I’m so disappointed in every possible way. We ordered food, me, my brother, and my husband and we were all shocked that it was over 50 dollars! Seriously!? When I asked why they said they no longer offer free sides with thier burgers. My burger came out completely wrong, and I have a gluten allergy. They’ve never messed my burger up before. When I finally did get my burger it was burnt. I can’t tell you how upset I was. Not only did it cost as much as the cheesecake factory or somewhere dramatically nicer, they messed my food up, it took a long time, and they burnt my burger. I will never eat here again. For the price, do yourself a favor, just go to somewhere nicer.

It should be called “The Slider Bar”. The beef patty was about 3oz, very overpriced little burger. It was good and the fries were amazing. I will go back once they start serving real size pattys.

Awesome tasting burger! The welcome back burger with cheese with everything was juicy and tasty. $7.00. The crispy fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Several beers are also available as a drink option. Spotless clean and friendly service. Easy parking.

The sweet potato fries are the best I’ve ever had. The way they are cut makes them stay crispy, but still soft on the inside. My Turkey burger was good, too, but the sweet potato fries are what I’ll remember.

I just paid $9 for a tiny burger. The burger was okay but extremely overpriced. I didn’t realize how tiny the patties are. Definitely not getting another one unless they adjust prices. (Readjusted to 3/5 stars instead of two because the customer service was fantastic) <— I felt the urge to complain to the servers etc and they were very understanding, and I kept apologizing because technically it’s my fault (and I try not to complain) for not knowing the burger was so tiny, but a burger called the American Classic Burger seems like it should be a beefy *pun intended* burger. Anyways they gave me free ice cream for my dissatisfaction of the burger so it worked out okay haha
