Hi guys, it’s me, Roy from Lubbock. I just want to let you guys know that your hospitality was excellent. While I was there working in Albany, I said to myself I would eat here every day, but unfortunately, I had to leave the area to work somewhere else. The food is great. I had the swiss burger, and I fell in love with the service, so I came back Friday and had the fish, and oh my, the service was better. And then came back for the fish combo, and it was better than the last time and in the evening came for the ribs, fell of the bone, and it was like heaven. 6 stars if there is higher than 5 stars. Thanks guys.

Ordered Ruben, Roastbeef plate, and Alfredo. The Ruben was made with sautéed onions! The Alfredo was horrible! We didn’t eat it, sent it back, no offer from the staff for refund or replacement, just charged the price and didn’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this as a place to stop for good food.

We loved this place. Good food, great service till Friday I got the cod fish all you can eat. I ask for 1 more piece of cod, he gave me 3 more well i could only eat 1 that I asked for. He told me I couldn’t take the 2 left home, that I didn’t ask for. I thought what a waste.

Friendly staff and great food made this a pleasant surprise in a small town setting. The photos of the area as the decor really gave the place a nostalgic feeling. Will definitely be back!

Server could not answer questions about the food. When we had a complaint server was rude, condescending, and blew us off. One of our party ordered a cup of fruit for $4. She was brought a half cup serving or less of cheap canned fruit cocktail. We were shocked and complained. We were told to deal with it because that’s the way they do things there. I did ask the server if he could be any more condescending.

This was an outstanding lunch. The food was delicious and appeared to be home cooked and fresh. The only thing in my opinion that would have made the experience better would have been if our waitress would have been as friendly to us as she was to what appeared to be a table full of locals. She was efficient and our orders were correct but i cant say she was friendly by any stretch. The pictures attached are of my lunch which was the corned beef and cabbage meal with cheese and broccoli soup and tapioca pudding all for $8.99
