Wanted the festive 8 peice theigh and drums that was $25.99 but was told that only comes in crispy (on their app you can get it either way). So I decided to get the 8 peice meal for $10 more which comes with the 2 breasts. I get home and they gave me all theigh and drums original recipe with no breasts!!! I called and they said I would have had to pay an additional $3 for the breast. This is in addition to the $10 that i had already over payed. I asked for Jennifers supervisors name and she refused to give it to me. This little girl needs to be fired.

My husband came here last night and ordered a 12 piece at 9pm thru their app. He got there at 905 and they told him they didn’t have legs so he has to wait 15 minutes. Fine. 30+ minutes later he gets his order and the worker is enthusiastic about all his chicken being there. He gets home close to 10pm (closing time) and we realize there’s only 7 pieces! So he just called customer service at corporate and after alot of information exchanged he was transfered to the refund department…few more minutes later were offered 10 dollars.(our total was 31$) Really? Almost an hour waiting for food and multiple call attempts (phone line busy) and waiting this is all were reimbursed..I understand we got partial order but that was alot of inconvenience to go thru. Unfortunately the call was accidentally disconnected on my husbands end as he removed his Bluetooth ear peice and it hung the phone up, but this is the annoying and tedious customer service we had to deal with. Not worth it.
Update: it’s been 17 days since this incident and KFC headquarters has ONLY asked for my address 17 days ago with ZERO follow up, and NOTHING in my mailbox…seriously horrible company!

Employees in this location, drive insanely fast in the parking lot almost hitting people. They are reckless and create an unsafe environment for customers. And then if you point it out, they try to argue with you.

It’s a freaking KFC what do you expect from this review! The rocks in the drive thru where a little out of place. But it had a nice Bush and an A rating. Pretty cool there KFC. Great chicken I actually didn’t eat any just had strawberry lemonade. But that was good hard to mess that up. KFC deserve these five stars because their “really” great ads interrupting my emotional music on Spotify.

The dining area every table was dirty ,they were out of French fries they were also out of breast and wings they were more concerned with the drive thru the chicken pot pies had to be cooked they took 20 mins for that I watched one person really hustle and she was the girl baking biscuits
