We stopped for lunch. They are located near the ferry service to Vinalhaven. They have great tables and benches made from pieces of granite. They have some Thai food and some haddock, shrimp, and scallops. All are very good.

Wanted to love this place because of the idea of it being a Thai shack by the ocean but I just don’t love fried food that much. It seems like they have pre made pad Thai or fried rice and they fry up whatever you want on it after you order. Scant amount of veggies so I was glad we also got an order of fried green beans. My husband refried the leftovers with more spice and finished it off.

The Pad Kapraw has SO much flavor. It is spicy and just a hint sweet and there are plenty of veggies and nice tender slices of chicken. So good.

Great little place to get food while you wait to hop on the Ferry. Place sits in a small corner so if you’re not a local , you’re not going to find it. Give this place a chance and you’ll love it.

Little tucked away shack, great place to find a little spice in Maine. Lots of vegetables if you order veggie fried rice. And the pad Thai was top notch.

Ordered the crazy rice and figured I’d try it with clams given the location. It sure was interesting, but delicious. Looking forward to going back soon and trying the rest of the menu.

This delightful shack by the harbor has delicious Thai food. I highly recommend the green curry: lots of fresh vegetables and chicken with rice on the side. And the curry fried rice is great. Sue and Dan are nice hosts and you can sit and watch the ferry traffic to the islands as you eat. The tables are a hoot: rough-hewn granite picnic tables like something out of the Flintstones. Highly recommended.

Best Thai food I’ve ever had. If you order the crispy chicken it comes on the side and, you guessed it, is the best chicken I’ve ever had. This is where you want to eat.

This was the worst excuse for pad thai that I’ve ever seen! I couldn’t even eat it! Pad thai has scallions, bean sprouts and peanuts in it. This had none of those! It was a bunch of clumps of noodles in a spicy brown sauce with big “patties “ of scrambled egg on top then some shredded carrots and shredded raw cabbage. Unfortunately a waste of money!

Delicious curry! Last time I ordered 2 extra rice and after a very heated discussion between the two working in there got charged $4. Without knowing I boarded the ferry with just one portion of rice for 3 people.
