You wouldn’t expect it in a small town like this but after traveling to Thailand for more than 20 years and living there periodically I can safely say this is as good as any food in Thailand. I’ve spent many years in Thailand, and this I can tell you, This Mini Cafe is a gem, we came across it by accident and what a wonderful Thai restaurant it is. The friendliest of staff and tastiest of Thai food probably in all of Colorado (and I have been to about 30 of them in and around Denver, Steamboat, Colorado Springs, Vail, etc! Such genuine, lovely people here also! We’ve been here at least 4 times, loved it every time. Highly recommend.

I travel a lot for my job, and I decided to stop at Thai Mini Cafe for my break, and while I was here I got the Yum Woon-sen and definitely was not disappointed.
