First off I want to say when the managers are there everything’s wonderful. Went today The man in the picture was rude would not help He gave the stink eye The lady was with him before she left to go get her kids had to keep begging him to help he would not she had attitude and I mentioned it and she told me that it was because she had to go get her kids and he wouldn’t help. Had problems with this guy before. If I’d realized before we ordered that he was there I would not have stay. This is the second time with this guy that service was so bad that it makes me not want to go back. I will go back and talk to the manager about this man. We know the manager personally. Other than this guy it’s a good place.

I loved this place until I decided to purchase my lunch on 11/7. They guy that normally answers the phone didn’t answer. The guy that picked up said Monterrey’s instead of Tenampa, that immediately threw me off and I said that I had the wrong #. I called back and placed my order but realized that I was very close and asked if I could change my order once inside. He wasnt very pleasant at all about my change. I decided to leave after he stated that they dont play about putting orders in and and all I wanted was to not get my side of rice. The guy the tells you that he will see you tomorrow, has great customer service. The slim guy should not answer the phone at all.

You would think being the only one in the restaurant I would at least get good service … ABSOLUTELY NOT. The manager stayed on the phone the entire time while at my table. I ordered a margarita with ice I got a glass full of ice LITERALLY. The food was nothing like the menu said. I will never come back here.

We usually order to go orders during the week sometimes. The manager guy that answers the phone, takes our order, and is so friendly when we come in. He’s exceptional!!! He is very sweet and ALWAYS gets our order right. The atmosphere and cleanliness when you walk in is wonderful. The food always tastes terrific and I try new things at times. It has all been delicious. Not to mention pretty affordable.Thank you we will be back.
