I’ve been to plenty of fast food joints in my life and I can confidently say this is the best. The overall experience of this place tops all of the other competitors. The staff is incredible, they are extremely attentive and kind. I’ve never once had a bad experience coming to this KFC. Their service is unmatched. I never have to wait to have my order taken, in fact I can usually see a staff member at the register before I’ve even walked in. My food is always made with accuracy and it is always made fast. This place is truly welcoming to their customers. You can really tell they care about the customer experience.

The food was great- KFC standard! But the people were awful. I ordered online and got the meal for two 5pc chicken and two fries with 5 ranch, 2 kfc sauce, and two comeback sauces. When I picked it they missed the fried, and when I asked to have the fries I paid for, they were visibly upset and skimped out on my fries. There was also no ice in my drinks, and no straws. When I got home and opened the order after the fries, it became obvious the sauces weren’t right. They only gave me two ranch, two bbq, 2 buffalo ranch, one honey mustard, and one kfc sauce. That mean that out of 9 sauces, they only got three right. I am very disappointed.

On terms of attempting to cancel orders, both the store and the app were equally underwhelming. I was told by the store manager that they are unable to cancel orders in the store, and the app has no simple process to cancel via a button like other fast food apps, the only way to cancel an order is to contact customer support via the app’s AI chatbot. If you do want to cancel your order, be ready to tell them your full name, phone number, email address, and home address.

I wish I could rate MYSELF one star because I’m the grown man who keeps deciding to come back when they mess up my order every…single…time. It’s crazy. If you order through the drive thru they take your order, then take your money THEN they tell you those famous words, “can you pull up, it’s going to be 2 or 3 more minutes”. If they tell you this, just ask for the refund. The actual time will be more like 20 minutes and the order will come out wrong. With the rising prices and diminishing quality I had to ask myself why I’m lining up to pay too much for food that rarely comes out how I ask for it. One star for me for taking this long to stop giving them my money.

Worst KFC I’ve ever eaten. All the fries were cold and hard, the gravy was basically flavored water, and the chicken was just not great. I guess the mac and cheese was fine, but I could’ve made that at home for $2. It also took forever.

Patricia – was beyond excellent and she really went a long way to living up to the motto of “Treat every guest like a friend in your home”…and I felt that. She was warm in her welcome, the spicy sandwich was warm and fresh, the chicken pot pie that I was craving for so long from KFC…lived up to it. I appreciate you. You’re good people and people appreciate the person & employee that you are!

I went in to get KFC 34. Dollar 10 thigh and drum meal. They shorted me potatos and iI am pretty sure they gave me the smallest pieces that they had. I ordered to go so i didn’t even see it until I got home.. i know of another restaurant that started to do this, and they went under. I hope this was just by accident.

Waited for 20 minutes for food restaurant was a total mess. Bathroom was destroyed looked as if it had not been cleaned in days. 3 people working and they were all complaining about working and about not making enough money. Will not be returning for sure. Oh the food was still cold in middle not super surprised at all
