I was in line for 10 minutes before placing my order. After getting my order I didn’t check it the burger wasn’t cook all the way the french fries was cold. now I see why the car in front of me get out the car and went in. When I called to complain no one answered the phone and the answer machine was full so you can’t complain.

Visited here on 7/22/23 between noon and 12:15pm. The person on the intercom was total rude. I asked about the spider whopper for my son and her response was “We don’t got that, what else you want” before I could even finish asking about the whopper . I said okay well can I get the mix and match for $5 . Her which one as if she rushing me to order. Upon arriving at the window there was no greeting or any just $5.46 . If I spending my money whether it’s $1-100 customer service should always be professional.

The worker said “We’re not taking any orders at the moment.” at 2:14 in the afternoon. Don’t come here. Either they won’t take your order at all, or they’ll purposely get it wrong and then get an attitude when you give it back.

What’s the purpose of placing a drive thru order if I’m going to have to wait 30 minutes. And the workers have the nastiest attitudes. Read the reviews. They’re quite recent and they’re all saying the same thing. The problem is here with leadership. Management needs to be fired. No point in calling customer service, they’re only going to apologize and give u a 5 dollar coupon. Meanwhile we still have to deal with the City Girls of Burger King.

Who puts cheese on an Impossible Burger. No tomato or lettuce! Just cheese, onion and pickles. Only in Memphis. Go to Burger King in Mississippi and the burger is excellent. They tell me they don’t put cheese on the Impossible Burger but in Memphis TN on Elvis Presley need training. I get the Impossible Burger because it’s a plant based burger. Why would I want to add cheese to this burger. And no lettuce or tomato. I will never go back to Burger King. Get y’all stuff together and make it make sense PLEASE
