I went on Father’s Day as an easy outing. money is tight right now, and I promised him an IOU to Teaxs road house. We were sat down by the bar on some high stools. we were bigger guys, so it was sorta uncomfortable for us. My dad is an older gentleman, so it was even harder on him. The waitress was friendly and very nice when she was there. We were giving menus and decided to share a tablesizer (large shareable appetizer), which was actually the best part of the whole meal/visit. I signed up for the rewards and was supposed to get free chips. (We will come back to that) we waited for a while.

The jack daniels whiskey glaze is the only thing keeping me from giving 1 star, appetizers were order and never showed up. Dishes came out incomplete, I was able to finish most of my food before my shrimp reached the table. And an incredibly long time to pick up the check and bring back my card.. the chicken was below average. As I said the whiskey glaze was the only saving grace.

I hadn’t been to Friday’s in a long so I decided to go however it was nothing like I remember. The service was not good at all. When we first arrived it took around 15 minutes for them to take our order (let me mention that it wasn’t busy at all there was only a handful of people in there) After the server finally took our order she took about another 15 minutes just to bring us out our drinks. At first we thought maybe they were waiting to bring the drinks out with the appetizers we had ordered however that wasn’t the case. The appetizers were not brought out before the main meal as they’re supposed to be instead they were given to us at the same time as the main course. We asked if we could get a refill on our drinks which took another 15 minutes for them to actually bring them out to us when she finally brought them out they were watered down as if they had been sitting there for a while. Another major issue was when we first placed our order we were told that if we signed up for the the rewards club we would be given a free order of chips and salsa. We decided we would go ahead and do so, so we gave the server our information which consisted of a phone number and email. The only reason we ordered the chips and salsa was because we were told they would be free of charge however when we got the bill the chips and salsa were added on to the final cost I can’t remember the exact amount we were charged for them but it was $5 and some change. By this time I was not in the mood to even deal with it so I simply paid the bill and left… I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

I haven’t been to a TGIF in over a decade. Chose something different and decided to go here with friends after work. A little hidden but still easy to find. Plenty of parking. Upon entering noticed the decor seemed a little out dated, more like a Denny’s in my eyes, a little on the dark side. Tracked-in music playing was killing our drinking vibe but still manageable. Bartender Grace was extremely friendly, pleasant and a conversationalist and very helpful with the menu. Drinks were reasonably priced but have come across cheaper at other places especially during Happy Hour. Food was delicious with extreme flavors. Overall experience will definitely bring us back. Hope the rest of the bar staff is like Grace.

It was 6 of us.. out for an early mother’s day dinner…. The food was lackluster to say the least… I had the fajitas & it came with jasmine rice smh it completely threw off the meal. They messed up my baby’s chicken sandwich twice to the point where they were frustrated. I had 2 have the salmon & both said it was eh. One had the veggie burger & she didn’t like it at all. Thank goodness for the laughs & the atmosphere because the food was not it. This is the first time we’ve been so disappointed here

Let me start by saying that TGI Friday’s is one of my favorite places! I’ve been to this particular one three times. First time everything was fantastic! Second and third time were not so great. Some of the workers we encountered with seemed like they just didn’t want to be there! The food as far as taste was great but the sauces that come with your plate they gave 1/3 of the little containers filled. I ordered the Jack Daniels Steak and the sauce they gave me was not enough for the size of my steak. When they brought out our chips n salsa the salsa was only 1/3 filled and when we asked for more the waitress said there’s an extra charge for it. I had to wait a while before our waitress came by to get a refill of water! All in all it’s a great place to eat, they just need to make a few adjustments to make it fantastic again.

The food was great! Zero complaints and there was hardly a wait. Our waitress, Ayanna, was kind and checked in on numerous amount of times despite being busy. We sat in the bar area and we were a party of 4. It took about 15 minutes for the bar to get us our first round of drinks. Ayanna was kind enough to bring us water beforehand. During our meals we ordered another round of beers, we waited about a half hour and our drinks still hadn’t been poured and we just ended up cancelling. It seems the bar area only pays attention to the patrons sitting at the bar and not the restaurant as a whole. It may be awhile before we come back to this establishment again 🙁

I went here with my wife and we ordered burgers. We received our food in about 15 mins but my wife had a dead mosquito and gnat on her lettuce. We sent it back and waited for a while, and they brought out a second plate that had yet another bug on it. The waitress was nice but I refused to pay for such an experience and we left once we found a bug on the second plate. We won’t be back.
