Came here midday during the week and there was no one present to greet us, despite 2 employees sitting outside. I believe we waited less than 5 minutes before being greeted and this lovely lady was our server as well. We ordered the sharing plate, with 18 boneless wings,Potato skins and mozzarella sticks. Food came out quickly and was delicious. There seemed to be only one other party in the restaurant which was sad. I also ordered the electric lemonade which was lovely.

We ordered on line and picked up for lunch on Saturday. The whiskey glazed sirloin fajitas were excellent. However the potstickers were placed directly into the plastic container which caused the plastic to melt and create holes in the container. The portion of the potstickers that had melted the plastic had to be removed to avoid eating plastic. Seems like they should have put aluminum foil into the plastic container before adding the potstickers, similar to how the fajitas were packaged. That’s why this was a 4 star instead of 5 star review.

Me and my homies have come in several times an hour right before closing and they’ve always served us with respect. Definitely won’t make a habit out of it though. Our waiter and entrance hostess this time were especially both very humourous and understanding. ( Thank you to the hostess for confirming the phone case is pink + thank you to our waiter for offering to sing to us for the birthday celebration! You both were amazing. ) We order the dessert platters almost every time and they are perfect. Thank you to the chef as well.

We went late night for dinner, the service was very good, they have only 1 waitress working so hard that night, yea we tipped him well he deserved it, even with him serving all the tables he was very fast and very respectful, the service was above and beyond and so was the food, they also had a DJ that was rocking the night THE BEST HAMBURGER BTW

Haven’t been here in a while and decided to stop in. Big mistake. Service was less then sub-par. Had to remind waitress to bring ordered chip/salsa. Took over 20 min to get most dried up wings I’ve had in long time. Had to ask for ice tea refills. Watched bar order sit on bar for almost 10 min.with ice melting before waitresses bothered leaving kitchen doorway to get it. Restaurant was at 10-15%capacity. Not real busy. Just really bad.shame, as this used to be a very busy place with great food. 2 orders of food. 2 bar drinks($9 each) over $60 for bad service and worse food

So I ordered the sirloin and my wife got the sesame chicken… my food showed up and hers didn’t. He stood there and said the back must have forgotten your food. Went into the back and came right back out with it. After that we saw our waiter walk past several times however he never checked on us. As my wife was eating her chicken she noticed that there was shrimp mixed in. She sat it aside so we could show the waiter. I kept watching for him and he just kept running past us. My drink was empty, my steak was horrible and he only finally came by when we just sat everything down and stared at him… his only words “did you want any boxes?” I said not for the shrimp we didn’t order… AND HE LAUGHED! He then took the plate with the shrimp on it and went to the back and came back with the bill asking “is there anything else?” To which I just couldn’t say anything besides can I speak to a manager? Finally a lady came out who could have just been a customer because there was no way to identify her and I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I explained everything and her response was “Well i wasn’t out here so I couldn’t do anything about it” I pointed out that if my wife was allergic to seafood she could be dead and she replied “well we are short staffed.”

I literally just left this location after spending a good 20 minutes waiting to even be greeted by my waiter and another 15 minutes waiting on my drink order, but received waters instead. The waiter was too interested in talking to his friend instead of doing his job. The guy literally went off and left us waiting for our drinks while proceeding to go and have a conversation with a friend while my wife and I just watched and waited. Had been out favorite places to eat since today. I feel terrible for the new owner, but something had to change.

I’m very displeased with the service me and my partner received last night. When we walked in we were not greeted and multiple servers came out from the back. Not one looked up and acknowledged us waiting to be sat, they just kept assisting other tables and standing around. After 5-10 minutes go by of us still standing at the door I walked up to the bar and I asked if I can get a table and the rude male server who seemed annoyed by his response was “I’ll be there in a minute.” I finally got sat by the female server who was only serving one table at the time, sat us and told us our server would be with us shortly. 5 minutes go by and still no server. I’m guessing our server was busy, so if the male server was busy why couldn’t she just take our drinks. They were not even busy they had 3 tables in total. I ended up leaving because I was not going to give my money to an establishment of this kind.

Ordered from this location through door dash. My food I received was not ideal and i was a little shocked that they sent it to a customer. After speaking to corporate, I was reimbursed with a gift card not equal to what I paid. As I am in the hospital and paralyzed, the card does me no good as you have to use in store or on a pickup order. After speaking with manager I was told nothing they could do. About 20 minutes later they called me back to try and find a way to help me. After not being able to I received an email from corporate saying they were going to give me my money back.
