Fast and friendly service. The location was also very clean. It was easy to order at the self-service kiosk. I ordered the Quarter Lb. with cheese. My meal was prepared quickly and correctly. I wasn’t expecting a great burger . . . but I got what I paid for . . . an average burger. I was still hungry after my burger, so I ordered a McChicken Sandwich. Again – hot, small and average.

Customer service had me come back multiple times during my trip. Janiyah greeted us this morning and was patient with an order that was confusing (travel w wife and mom ). Pretty smile and sweet spirit sets the tone. Thanks!!!

Received very rude service and left wound up eating elsewhere. If you don’t want to work in customer service, don’t! We walked in asked one simple question and it took 2 people to get somewhat of an answer. Only asked they were serving breakfast of lunch. As we asked I’m assuming some sort of manager comes over….what they want to her employee right while we’re standing there never looked at us at all.

Today is 2/28/26 at 10:40 am all I can say is this manager on duty needs to be fired rude nasty and not to mention trashy I live rite by here go there all the time and iam just giving u a heads up u best get rid of her she is terrible for business!!! I hope this message finds you well.
I would like to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during our recent visit to your McDonald’s location. On that day, a man dressed as a Christmas “Grinch” greeted us and presented a gift to my 5-year-old daughter. She was overjoyed and expressed her gratitude multiple times.
However, shortly after, the “Grinch” took the gift back from her and laughed. This action was quite upsetting and left my granddaughter in tears.
I believe it is essential to maintain a joyful and respectful atmosphere, especially during the holiday season. I would appreciate your attention to this matter to ensure a more positive experience for your young customers in the future.

Very clean. Food was fresh. The only issue I have is that I requested condiments 3 times. Once when I ordered, Once at the pay window and Once at the pickup window and I still did not get my condiments. They were trying TOO hard to keep the line going fast they were not listening and paying attention. At least three other customers also had the same issue. Also EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Because they are close to the beach. Which is awful because it was off season and I am a local resident.

I want to share my appreciation for the fantastic team working at this location. Every time I visit, whether it’s through the drive-thru or inside, I am always greeted with big smiles and an incredibly pleasant atmosphere. The staff members are genuinely nice, kind, and helpful, even when they are super busy! Their dedication to providing such a wonderful experience really makes a difference, and I hope they know how much it is appreciated.

I ordered 2 small chocolate milkshakes. My total was $8 and 70 something cents. I gave the cashier $9. They insisted the total was $9 and 70 something cents – a full dollar more than my total. I didn’t feel like arguing as I was in a rush to leave. I went to the app and ordered 2 small chocolate milkshakes to compare the price. The total was $8.76. Not only did the male taking my order get the total wrong, the lady at the pick up window went to ask the young man and came back taking his word it was over $9. The total when completing my order clearly showed it wasn’t. It’s hard to believe not one, but two employees misread a screen, or simply did not check.

I just went through the drive in and am assuming got the wrong order it was just fries in the bag. The lady waiting on me was fine but told her I was missing a cheeseburger because I got a free cheeseburger off the app for my birthday and in addition I ordered medium fries and a large tea. I had reached in the bag looking for the cheeseburger and could not find it mind you I touched the fries and she told the manager that there was a mistake. The manager was yelling baby give it back give it back in which I did but it was very rude. I hope that these fries were not given out and thrown away. I would think because of their mistake just give the customer the fries and the ones that were not handled by a customer just put in a large container with more fries. Like I said first it is wasteful, rude, and if they gave them out unsanitary. Not a good experience with that manager and she can be a hit or miss with her interactions.
