Delivery didn’t meet any expectations. Didn’t deliver or follow any instructions that were given. Delivery was subcontracted out to Door dash. Manager at the store said he could not do anything to resolve the problem or any sort of solution. I had paid over 45.00 for pizza and 6 for the delivery service as well as another 15 percent of the order. Point of sale was Papa Murphy’s. Money was paid to paid Murphy’s. Yet the person at duty at 6pm, said he has no control over the delivery or the money. There was nothing he could do to fix the problem or resolve it. He said I had to instead take it up with either Door Dash directly or my credit card and bank? That’snuts.

Friendly staff. They take my order quickly, before I have a chance to type my phone # in for the rewards program. They then cancel the order, I put my phone # in then they put in my order. It would be nice if they asked if I was a reward member before they try to take my order. They never ask.

Though I have done instore purchases/pickup, good clean store front and display shows fresh ingredients and clean and tidy, friendly staff and helpful too, as I have mobility issues and they were kind to carry out to my vehicle for me..I grew up in the food industry and for the most part, I only had one pizza not quite, it has a cheaper ingredient that really took away from what should have been a very good pizza, hopefully my feedback at that time, will encourage, to not use that type of product, as I think for the most part, people want good taste and quality, sale items can sometimes be compromised a bit, so go for the quality ingredients and the people will be happy… It’s not a perfect world, but always hope and room for improvement right…We’re only human after all, so again, for the most part, I ENJOY Papa Murphy’s and certainly recommend them….Cheers !

Are you serious? Order pizza & other things online and not even toppings all over pizza, only on outer edge. Walked in, no greeting, went to pick up area, not everything there, got told, yes it is. After complaining said I had to grab rest of stuff across the pickup station. Workers was very RUDE!

We are always satisfied with Papa Murphy’s pizza. It would be nice to be able to use earned coupons on sale items, such as $12 Tuesdays. Staff is friendly and pizzas are always ready for pick up!!
