Excellent! We had drinks and lunch at the bar and it was a great experience! Service 5⭐, drinks were the best 5⭐ I had a pineapple margarita and my daughter had the strawberry henny and they were delicious!! Clean, friendly, and looking forward to next time, 5⭐’s across the board!!!!

The staff were very pleasant. Although it was a discrepancy with the app. I was able to get help from the Manager. The food was delicious and I enjoyed the new added sides. I would like to add I dont recall any kid meal options but I was able to find them something to share. First time going to this location but it didn’t disappoint.

Here for our weekly family dinner. While everyone else was satisfied with their meal, I made a HUGE mistake ordering the Fish and Chips. The ‘fish’ was nothing more than the frozen filets that come out of a box from the Gorton’s Fisherman! SOOOOOO disappointing. I was expecting actual (beer?) battered fish. Not something straight outta that familiar yellow box in the frozen food section. I’m not so sure I’ll be coming back here…

This has easily become my son’s favorite restaurant. We came here for dessert and had the celebration plate and it was delicious! We came again the following the week for dinner and really enjoyed ourselves. The food is always on point here, but the service can be a bit slow.

I had the best food and service here. I visited another Friday’s location a few weeks ago and that location didn’t come close to the Owings Mills locations service and food quality. I literally had appetizers and drinks on my table within 15 mins of being there. My dinner didn’t take long either. 10/10 would recommend. I placed a order for curbside…… first my order had to be remade because the host / employee with black and blue plaits, gave out our order. She had a very nasty attitude, she never apologized or said anything. She just didn’t care , plus we have been sitting there for a long time. Her customer service is very poor. I got home my food is cold, my burger is still pink and cold.. this is very poor service overall. I will never go back here. Training is very well needed

I was going to give a 5 Star ⭐ but will have to give a 4 Star ⭐ due to the fact that we waited for the food for quite a long time and there was barely anyone in the restaurant. Plus we have children who was getting very impatient with the wait. Also,our buffalo wings came out too cold and looked old. However, the manager was very pleasant because he rushed us a new order of buffalo wings. Overall, not a bad place.

Ordered drinks at bar and the barmaid never bought them over. Manager walked by and asked if we had been served. Ordered glass of wine and another cocktail through the manager. Wine was over $14 for a glass of chardonnay. Very unacceptable. Will never go there again. Totally overpriced. Also, too much light at bar. Like a cafeteria.

They do not deserve even the one star. They only have it, because I can’t leave a comment without rating them. There is always issues with this location. Last week put the icing on the cake with a cherry on top. Waitress Bonnie was rude, disrespectful and nonchalant. There was hair wrapped IN my pasta, and she refused to bring a manger over. She also had the audacity to tell me that I was not able to order anything else off of the menu. *sigh*…it took everything within me from coming out of my character. Especially because I was being calm about the situation. Anyone else would have flipped completely out. I called the manager, and the manager was just as careless and nonchalant. Hair. Hair in my food and Bonnie told me that I couldn’t order something else smh. The nerve of these people. All I have left to say is- Bonnie, you are messed up. Nameless manager…you are messed up. The complaint does not stop here. That was and still is trifling. Hair in a customer’s food and you tell them that they cannot order anything?? This location is disgusting. Unfortunately this was a pretty bad experience here. I got the traditional wings and they were extremely dry. The service was also very slow. I would normally assume that they were short staffed and it wouldn’t bother me, but there was a table of 5 servers and a manager sitting near us chatting the whole time. Our server was very kind though.
