This is the best Chick-fil-A in the United States in my opinion, they’re always busy, inside and out, it still takes no more than 5min to get your food, it’s ALWAYS HOT, burnt my tongue but it’s awesome. Employees are cool, no issues ever. I stop in here weekly, I work in the area and live 70+ miles away, but I’d still drive to this one before I thought about the one near where I reside.

We were visiting Destin. Stopped here to pick up a quick bite after checking into our condo. We did a mobile order. Our order was correct however they didn’t pay attention to any of the requested sauces so we were missing sauces. They got two drinks mixed up but we didn’t notice until we got back to the condo. Dont take for granted checking your bags before pulling off.

This experience was not what I am accustomed to or what we see in Atlanta. The order taker took 10 minutes to get the order right (possible language barrier). The food, OMG it was salty…. too salty to eat. I order the original xhixken sandwich combo and ended up throwing the sandwich and waffle fries in the trash. Disappointed this was a treat for my mom that went wrong.

I work at a Chick-Fil-A in Arkansas, so I know how the service is supposed to run, and this was completely wrong. Their servers paid almost no attention to us standing at the counter waiting 20+ minutes on a simple order. Even the counter where some sauces and straws are supposed to be was completely empty. None of the staff was coordinated or showing any core 4 (smile, say my pleasure, friendly attitude, and eye contact). I am extremely disappointed at the experience that I had today. I will be contacting corporate about this CFA needing a re-training of all staff, or hire a new training director.

Wonderful service! The restaurant manager took care of an extra burger that was accidentally ordered and looked after us very well. 18 July 3pm shift. They were incredibly courteous and kind!

I go to this chick fil an almost everyday and almost everyday something is forgotten that I have to turn around and go back before an item is left out. The past 3 large orders I’ve gotten I haven’t gotten the entire order and by the time I get to the office I don’t have time to go back to the location. I’ll continue to go to this place because I love some chick, but please tighten up and get the orders all the way right. Thank you.

Let me start off by saying that the Cathy’s would be disgusted with the behavior of this staff. I will make sure someone from corporate is involved and helps this staff get better training. I have been treated better at McDonald’s. They acted as if every thing you asked for was an annoyance to them. Didn’t want to make any special requests even though they were not busy at all and gave some of the nastiest looks to you when you did ask for anything. I live in GA and I have never experienced a chick fil a like this one. I was left speechless. This is totally unacceptable of a Chick-fil-a. Do better and live up to the name the Cathy’s worked so hard to achieve.

Probably one of the worst Chick fil a Experiences I’ve had. It’s amazing house little common sense the staff has. We order a meal with two shakes on a busy hot day. And the girl was staging the drive thru items, on the window platform, in the direct sun, our drinks were 100% melted, before we even got them. No one wants a warm, melted shake on a hot day. Cold stuff should be made at the last possible minute. Not when the order is ready to sit and not outside in the heat.
