The clerk literally had the audacity to ask if I was local or not, which The way she asked me I found to be inappropriate and I work two jobs in the area. It does not matter if I’m a local and I am getting sick and tired of the Santa Rosa Beach in Miramar Beach area with their locals only mentality because the area is nothing special but wants to put down people from out of town and I will be making a formal complaint the next business day.

I order her everyday. I came to drive thru Sat night 5 minutes before store closing. They were kind enough to take my order. However, I ordered 8 count chicken nuggets so instead of making them what a worker did was tear apart chicken tenders with hands to make 8 piece shreds (I guess nuggets) instead of actually making nuggets. I can understand if your about to close your station is cleaned and prepped. However as a customer a very loyal customer to the chic fila brand ripping apart cold tenders to make nuggets is absurd for customer service. My child didn’t want to touch the nuggets and clearly we didn’t feel valued as a customer

My husband and I ate at this restaurant last night and had a terrible experience. Couldn’t even complain to the manager, Kayla, because she was an issue as well. We are from out of town and had no idea they closed early in dine in. The door says closes at 9 PM. My husband went to get a refill and we over heard Kayla say, “We’re not giving refills. We’re closed.” We weren’t the only people in the restaurant at closing and the girl working the dining room told people we close in four minutes. It was just an uncomfortable experience. Again, we would have just left if we had known this location closed early. Also, how do you run out of chicken nuggets? You’re a chicken restaurant.

The staff at this chick-fil-a is incredibly rude. I certainly didn’t expect this; we’ve been here a few times, but today I’ve become so utterly disgusted that I don’t even want to go there anymore. I’m stuck standing at the register for 10 minutes. They don’t even approach you; it feels like there aren’t any people there.

Brad “Director of Food Safety “ and Daniel the Back of House Team Leader or shift Lead are terrible an atrocious Managers and horrible humans who belittle and insult their staff! if you have the ability to avoid this location please do so, the Location in Destin down the road has a much better staff, environment.
I do have to give a hand the Food Quality it’s good! And the Team Leader Ms. Elmena is a wonderful person!
2 simple terminations would help boost this locations service and overall rating greatly!

Typically this Chick-fil-A is decent (we are locals), but our experience tonight was awful. The wait in the drive thru was almost 20 minutes… ok I get it, things happen and they are busy. We asked for a specific number of sauces for each sandwich, and were disappointed to find ONE of each in the bag. Then we get home to find the drink carrier had been smeared in something before it was handed to us and realized it got all over my husband’s shorts upon arrival home. It is greasy so it is likely one of their sauces. Just disappointed this go round:/

First time here at this location and we ordered two chicken sandwiches, two LARGE fries, one 5 piece chicken nuggets and one large ice tea. The reason for the 3 stars is because when we asked for chick FIL A sauce we only got 2 packs of it and only 2 packs of ketchup, That’s it! Two packs of chick FIL A sauce isn’t enough for 2 chicken sandwiches, 2 large fries and 5 chicken nuggets. Also both of our chicken sandwiches were smashed flat.
