Waited nearly 10 minutes just to have a hostess greet us, they appear to be understaffed. Never received plates with the appetizer and the food took 45 minutes to come out when the restaurant was empty at 4PM.

Its been a long 6 years since I last ate here, a lot has changed. Marko the manager is finally gone thats a plus !! Unfortunately corporate seems to have removed a lot of the tables and because of that wait times are longer around 45 min.

I have eaten at this place twice in the last 24 hours as I am traveling for work. Both times the food was good. Yesterday the waitress wasn’t too terrible but she definitely could have been friendlier. But today I ordered online and went into pick up. Because I am ordering and my company pays for it I have to get an itemized receipt. I asked for one and the girl got mad and went and said she wants a receipt with something else on it. Then some guy came over and I explained to him what I needed because my receipt only had my food it did not have any prices. He told me to take a picture of the bottom of the receipt which was only suggested tip amounts. When I told him I need this for my work because it is paid for with a corporate card. He looked at me and said that’s not my problem. I simply said nevermind I will just have to order from somewhere else for the next 2 weeks. He then looked at me and said well next time try calling in your order. Why would I call in an order to a place that is completely unhelpful for me for something that I need.

I have been to this location 2 times and have to say they aren’t the best. The food is mediocre and the service isn’t that great. My last visit we waited 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged and the restaurant was almost empty. Our food was eatabe, but definitely not worth the money they charge. I ordered fish and chips with a double order of french fries and it looked like I got a kids meal. My husband’s chicken tenders were very bland and dry. Our waitress was professional but not very friendly. My family will be considering another restaurant from now on. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Haven’t been there in a long time. 4 of us went there to have drinks and appetizers before going to see a movie Oppenheimer. Waiter was the absolute worst. He took our drink orders came back with them 10 minutes later plopped them on the table my husband his beer was so flat Blue Moon draft was so flat. I asked for napkins he took forever to bring them back and take our appetizer orders. We asked for them all to come out same time since we ordered 4 and there were 4 of us. Nope separately them came out. We had no cutlery at all did give us plates with napkins. Food was excellent finally brought my husband bottled beer. Asked for water after having my second drink finally received that. We had to track him down for another round of drinks then finally tracked him down for our check. It was not even crowded or busy. So sad. May not go there for another couple years now if they are still open

The cheeseburger egg rolls tasted like they came right out the freezer and was fried too long they were really hard to eat, really tough. The bacon cheeseburger was good. Fries were also over cooked and came out hard to eat. Went there around 4 pm on Saturday and it wasn’t really pack so that was nice.

My husband and I are visiting Bensalem. We went for dinner. I order what was suppose to be whiskey glazed chicken STRIPS. They can out as bite size pieces and was fried to almost burnt. I also ordered a salad. Starting eating until I found the core of the lettuce head that was turning brown! I was done. Waitress (who was very sweet) took it back and asked me what else I would like. My husband ordered a flat iron steak which he said was good. He also ordered the broccoli slaw which they forgot to bring at first. After looking at the slaw that looked like it was a month old I decided to pass on ordering. When he told the waitress it was horrible she said she didn’t like it either! It was gross. Manager never even bothered to come to our table. Let me say, I very seldom will send anything back. If I was you I would avoid this place! Got a oriental chicken salad from Applebee’s and took to my room! It was awesome!
