On 6/9/2023 I had THE WORST restaurant experience of my life!!! We were a party of 6 and were understanding being patient with the wait times on our meals because it was a Friday night. Our server Chris was horrible, he literally argued with and THREATENED our table. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. We walked in at 7:15 and didn’t get our entrees till 8:30. We had to ask for water and got one round of drinks (which one of the members of the table had to physically get up and get it from the bar.) When our food did finally arrive, it was either cold, missing items, or prepared wrong. I don’t even bother writing reviews if I have a bad encounter, but this was absolutely ridiculous! Both managers that came to the table were rude and unhelpful. This experience definitely ruined our mood.This staff definitely needs a retraining from corporate. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Ordered ribs to go with dry rub seasoning and seasoned fries. Absolutely no flavor at all! The most bland ribs and fries I’ve ever tasted. Also wanted a drink while waiting, they have one scotch and one bourbon and it’s not even Johnny Walker. Will not be returning.

Very quite, music very low and moat of staff looked bored. Our server was amazing and friendly. Burger was cooked rare, wanted medium but i eat rare time to time. It was very juicy and seasoned nicely

I wish I could give a zero star rating. This TGIF was worst restaurant I’ve ever went too in my life. I went here for my birthday and I have to say that that my family and I received the worst service ever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location. It was my first time going here and it was a complete mess.

As much as we love the regular bartenders here, management is horrific. Service is always backed up at the bar and restaurant (floor) and the bathrooms never have any toilet paper or paper towels or VENTILATION! People have passed out in this establishment and called ambulances due to over heating. Constant hot air- 85-90 degrees in the restaurant. Whatever system they have going on with drinks isn’t working. Very slow service. Regular bartenders are very accommodating, however when they put servers at the bar- it’s horrible service with attitude. Crystal is very very rude to customers and co workers. Manager says the AC Is on when it’s clearly not. People constantly walk out due to poor management, nasty bathrooms, no AC in establishment at all. Something needs to be done ASAP!

I went with my boyfriend to this place, because i really wanted to ate ribs and they have my favorite, but the service was the worst ever, we were standing up like 10 min, and when the waitress look a us, she gave us a menu and left, never asked if we wanted something to drink or if we need water, we wait 10 minutes more on the table, so we decided to go to another restaurant.
