I was in the other day, hadn’t been to an Olive Garden in like a decade. Everything was great & the wait staff went above & beyond in a happy, friendly way to make sure we were well looked after for dinner.

First time at this location and only my second time dining at Olive Garden. Celeste was our server and she was wonderful, even with having more tables than expected. She gave us a dessert for free due to longer wait times which was very sweet. Large portions mean an easy lunch for the next day!

Usually I enjoy coming here, but this time the bread was over salted, the salad was soggy and the chicken was overcooked. It was terrible. The server was nice, and I got food quickly, I couldn’t eat it though.

The Olive Garden is one of the few places that still offers a good and decently priced lunch menu. The food and service were good. I randomly mentioned that I was paying because it was my friend’s birthday lunch and the server went out of his way to offer a free dessert.

Great service, great server. I cant blame them for getting undercooked pasta, but they offered to make a new or remove from the bill. The rest was awesome including the garlic bread. 5/5 service 4/5 food because of pasta.

I’ve been eating at Olive Garden over 20 years. We were in town on business and decided this would be a safe bet. The food was good but the service was absolutely horrible. We waited a long time to be served. The manager on shift went around and asked a few customers how everything was and if they were satisfied. He made sure to skip us. Tables that were there after us were served well before us and left before we got our entrees. This is probably the worst service of our week long trip.

What a difference a year makes. Awesome experience last year, this year….not so much. I came here for my 21st birthday, but it wasn’t the experience I expected. I made a reservation so they were prepared for our party of 13. Our server seemed irritated from the get go. She started her introduction by telling us that everybody should just get salad and not order soup because it “makes her life easier.” She proceeded to tell us that people that did not order salad would be charged if they got caught eating it. Subsequently, we were charged for 2 salads,…really??? Additionally, she snatched up all the salad plates for the people that got soup. Olive Garden advertises that it’s free soup, salad, breadsticks come one come all, but this was not the case tonight. We had to practically beg for refills on drinks as well. She had absolutely no help from the staff or the manager until the food arrived. I expected the manager to check in to a party our size, but that never happened. On a high note, the food was actually good, compliments to the chef. However, when we asked her for a recommendation, she said she didn’t like the food there and it was gross??? I guess I appreciate her honesty. Overall we spent over $350 there tonight and it was not the experience we expected. I guess next year it’s back to the old Spaghetti Factory. Please do better.

Like many times before, the food in the franchise was excellent, and the portion size was enough to take home as leftovers. It was busy, so the atmosphere was more like a cafeteria. Our server was too busy to take our two topper as any kind of priority, so our drinks, appetizers, and table bread were mostly ignored.

Just like any other Olive Garden, but I do like the staff at this particular location. I’ve always had a really nice experience here. The hostess is always super positive, and the servers tend to be pretty upbeat and timely. I can appreciate that. Sounds basic, but so many restaurants miss this. Good job, Lake O Olive Garden. Kudos to you!

No fuss pastas. We went for dinner and waited about 15 mins for a table. My family loves this place, the kids really like the childrens meals options and I love the soup and salad. Everything was clean and food came out fast. Our server Isaiah was very nice and patient, he wore his mask.
