The food here is great. If you don’t finish the meatballs, you can take them home and make spinach soup. It tastes great. The salad is a big portion. I have been here several times and I like it.

I ordered an entree and kids meal online. They called at the time my order was supposed to be ready to inform me that they actually didn’t have any lasagna. I chose ravioli as a replacement and it was terrible! Breadsticks were old & dry too. I’m not sure if this was a bad night (?) or the new standard, but the experience left me very disappointed.

Food was good. But the best part was Aliyah her speed of service was excellent…. not just that she was really kind punctual and efficient in her table service. It Dosnt matter how good the food is.
if you have a bad server. It makes the whole experience bad.. so I will have to say Olive Garden has a keeper
And she made the outing very pleasant. Just wanted to give her props for all the help. Will definitely be back again. Because she was so nice..

Fresh food, good tasting food. HOWEVER My fettuccine Alfredo that was $20 was the amount of a kids meal portion wise… Complete rip off. It was less portions then the “to go containers” that sell for 6$…. fettuccini Alfredo should be 14-16$ tops..

Ordered food to go, took it out when I got home and saw that I paid $20 for this tiny piece of lasagna. They’re lucky im too hungry to drive all the way back and ask for a refund I’m so maaaad (for the record I’ve ordered from them a lot and this is less than half what they normally serve for the lasagna)

I did a pickup, so I don’t know about the atmosphere, however the Zuppa Toscana, Toasted Ravioli, Bread Sticks, and Five Cheese Marinara dipping sauce were all excellent! The to-go team were great as well. I had given them my car info for pickup, then we ended up taking my son’s car, so I called to let them know. They were understanding and helpful. Thank you so much for a fantastic experience.

Don’t get deliveries from here! The sauce was spilled on the bottom of the bag and the tomato sauce was disgusting! The entire order went into the trash as it was inedible. Tried to contact customer support, but there is nowhere to get any customer support when there is an issue with a delivery order.

We were staying at the hotel next to Olive Garden last Thursday and realized it was getting late so we decided to just get some food to go. Not wanting to order anything crazy we purposely both went with build your own pasta.

9:35om call
OG: Hello, thank you for calling Olive Garden, how can I help you?
Me: hello, yes we’d like to order some food to pick up.
OG: Hello?
Me: Yes, I’m here, can you hear me?
OG: Hi, how can I help you?
Me: I’d like to order to-go
OG: (hangs up)

Call back
OG: Hello, thank you for calling Olive Garden, how can I help you?
Me: I’d like to order for pick up.
OG: Hold on for one second.
Me: ok…
(Minute later)
OG: I’m sorry but our policy is you have to be in the building to order after 9:30
Me: Even if we just order build your own pasta and are literally next door?
OG: If you want to walk down here and place your order we’d be happy to help.
Me: So it’s too late to order ahead of time but you’ll wait for me to walk down there and then place it?
OG: Yup!
Me: Nevermind.

Conveniently she didn’t give her name either time I called, but I guess I wouldn’t either if I were lying to customers to get out of working.

This restaurant offered an exceptional dining experience with a dinner that was both delightful and delicious. One highlight was definitely the tiramisu cake, my absolute favorite, which was rich, creamy, and simply divine. A big thank you to the chef for creating such a scrumptious dessert!

This restaurant’s rating is inflated. Read this to avoid wasting your money.

Friday evening, 6:40pm, you know it’s time for me and 10 friends to get some food. So, you know, instantly a good check for the restaurant.

Let’s not forget this is 2024 and we’re paying $20 for a plate of noodles with basically canned sauce. Okay, moving on.

Please see Exhibit A, our Cheese Ravioli with Chicken Frita added on.
Presentation? Well, splattered sauce and cheese all over the plate. Not appetizing. As a bonus, how do you think that cheese was melted? Easy. A microwave. Mmm, mmm, something they hope we don’t think about.
The chicken add on? Just…soggy breading and dry chicken. Color me surprised. My wife took two bites. I’m halfway through my Long Island iced tea after sending the first back because it had some black plastic floating in it.

Exhibit B, my friend who ordered the unlimited soup, salad and breadsticks.
Why is he like this? Is it because he’s stuffed and satisfied? Read and find out.

He ordered a bowl Chicken and Gnocchi soup. The kitchen must have been locked and they couldn’t get in. Why? Because there was no key. That is, his bowl of soup came with no gnocchi. He ordered a second bowl. It had two gnocchi in it. This was $13. He waited for his salad. Our waiter said it was serve yourself from the big bowl on the table.
Oh awesome, yeah, we came to Olive Garden to serve ourselves! That’s worth an 18-25% gratuity.

Exhibit C, our waiter started pouring water and spilled a ton. Oops! He grabs the cup and continues to fill it up away from the table. Sets it right back down on all the water spilled. Disappointing.

Exhibit D, my friends steak and Alfredo. He enjoyed it. However, I watched him chew each piece of medium well steak for 35-45seconds. How do I know? It became a joke at our table for me to time him.

How did most of our table feel? Two thumbs down.

But hey, I guess we should have came in with lower expectations. After all, Olive Garden is just Mid-West Fine Dining, now. $58 I’ll never get back.
