The food was delicious. However, the service sucks. There was one person taking the orders and running the bar, so she took long to serve us. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it. The food had good flavor and it was well cooked. The drinks were good too. I would definitely go back and recommend it.

This sports bar chain has gone south in quality and has outstayed its usefulness. The server was alone, it seemed, no host, and the server had to be sought for by several tables for drink refills. The food was basic Sysco chicken doctored up. Sysco is a restaurant supplier, and the chicken comes readied for sauce. I would skip this chain in the future. 20 years ago, they tried, and the original one near the old Dangerfield’s comedy club and Chippendale’s (a different era that is completely politically incorrect today, sadly) was phenomenal. They grew, became a chain, and became awful. Stay away. There are better Darden restaurants down the hill. They are also understaffed. Go to the Red Lobster in this mall.

We came in on a Monday, and it was pretty empty, but then it started to fill up. We sat at the bar, and I was blown away by the low prices. In these inflation times and living in NYC, everything is overpriced, but at TGI Fridays, they have drinks for $4 ALL DAY and .50 cent wins! You need to order a minimum of 10 wings, but that’s only $5. The wings were actually pretty good! We also got the French fries and mozzarella sticks. This is a great spot if you want to eat good bar food at extremely reasonable prices.

The staff and management was all around terrible. The front door says the kitchen last call is 12:45 we arrive 12:15 and the front door was locked! We walked around through the takeaway door and no one acknowledged us to seat us instead they all questioned what our problem was and why were we in there. Coming from a restaurant background if I was to lock my doors early it would be a corporate complaint! We asked for the general managers business card and apparently the manager on duty said he doesn’t have any. They told us that the kitchen ALWAYS closes at 12:30 and even so we arrived before then. Thank god I did not put a penny more into this establishment it would Have been a waste! And I used to work here so the story about locking the doors in the front was bogus. Ashame how far down the toilet this place has gone in a few years and management change! We will not be back

This was the worst experience i’ve ever had, i worked in the restaurant industry. The sign in the front door said the kitchen closed at 12:45.. we got there at 12:15 HORRIBLE. they called my nephew a little shirmp.. & told him he wasn’t old enough to sit by the bar when that should’ve never mattered because we could’ve sat a table but your staff was incompetent. The bartender came from the bar & asked “ what’s the problem, the kitchen is closed” as we was talking to “ manager “. I will never give this location a penny EVER. 0/10 won’t ever recommend.

So we were looking for some place to grab a quick bit. We were met with a service who was more interested in his cell phone than giving us face to face service. Which I found to be very rude. Secondly, when he seated us. He couldn’t tear his eyes away to put the silverware on the table. He just threw them. Wow! After that, you think I would have taken the hint and left. No! Being the gluten for punishment. I stayed and ordered. It took them 15 minutes to acknowledge. The food was not the best. The atmosphere was nice. If the service matched the atmosphere, it would have been five stars!

Food was amazing. Drinks even better. The service took long, but that’s because there was only one waitress. For having to serve every table, she did a good job. The place was dirty though. I asked for a high chair for my daughter and was given a chair incredibly dirty with old oil, ketchup and food pieces. I usually just clean the chair with my own wipes in restaurants, but this was WAY too dirty for me to clean. I asked for a second chair and it was still dirty.
