Decided to hit up the local Texas Roadhouse. My husband and I walked in but there was no hostess. We stood there a little while and staff seemed a little confused about where to seat us despite being nearly empty. We were seated and met our colorful server, Jane. It seemed clear that the restaurant was understaffed as indicated by Jane’s constant apologies to the tables she was tending to and table of nearby weirdly quiet patrons who weren’t eating yet. Jane was irresistibly nice even when our order was messed up. She immediately corrected the bill and sent us home some delicious rolls. Hoping you’ll continue to employee servers as sweet as Jane!! Food was ok but had the potential to be better.

Just okay. Server was AWESOME. Rolls are wicked good. Booth table tops at windows in front of bldg are SOOOOO STICKY. Ewwwww. We got apps which were average. They could’ve been hotter in temp. Fries were cold!!!

We ordered takeout and the potato skins we ordered were severely lacking. They had the nasty lettuce on top. Barely any cheese or bacon which is a big part of the dish. Attempted to call them and we got passed around to multiple people. The rolls were good though.

The experience was amazing. I took my mother out for mother’s day. Although they were packed, we were seated at the bar! To my surprise the service was excellent. The food was excellent, and the waitress was attentive and friendly. We order two Ribeyes with Caesar salads and sauteed mushrooms. The steaks were grilled as ordered to perfection.

Our server, Jane, was wonderful. She ensured our food arrived timely, and she was so kind. My steak was great! Fresh, crisp salad. Loved the appetizers, too, and appreciated the option of a half portion.

First visit to this location. The hot rolls and butter were AMAZING!! Onion petals for appetizer was very tasty. Our server was excelle t. Very nice young man and attentive. However, the entrees my husband and I got were less desirable. My husbands steak was ok but not a great cut of meat. His mashed potatoes tasted terrible, like powder potatoes. My grilled chicken was so rubbery I couldn’t eat it. Not the best way to spend $65.

Stopped by on a Saturday night for a meal in the midst of a small trip. Arrived at 730 or so and wasn’t super busy. Decor is very vanilla. Was seated after a 15 minute wait, which was due to empty tables that were not clean. We were originally sat at a very small booth on the end with a family of 4. We couldn’t fit in there so took a table instead. Was sat without silverware. Ordred a appetizer immediately and it came out, still no silverware or napkins. We got them ourselves from the hostess station. We ordered our food when we got the appetizer and the server didn’t key in our order. Took an hour for food, and it wasn’t correct. Food was overcooked, missing or wrong. Drinks never filled. Manager did not even stop by even after the screw up that tool an extra 20 minutes for our food aas discovered. Overall poor service and mediocre food. Wouldn’t go back.
