Don’t get me wrong I love TRH but it wasnt the best last night. We haven’t done in maybe since covid but order Togo since. Any ways our server was ok I guess we took to long to order she slightly forgot about us. Thank God the employees are team players when it came to assisting our table. Also pro tip for our server Ijanea, try texting behind the booth not in the corner by the fire exit especially since my kid was waiting for a refill. I know people get busy and in the weeds but seriously not in front of the tables.

8/10/23 @6pm. Very busy place. Server was very patient even though he was really busy. Food cam pretty quick but not as ordered, minor issues. Kids Mac and cheese and chicken strips not desirable. My 7 and 8 year old ate the apple sauce only and they made chocolate milk for them. Would go back. Don’t order cactus dirt unless adding a berry syrup.

Casual dining with affordable steaks with a fraction of the cost of upscale steakhouses. Honestly, the quality and taste isn’t bad for its price point. I’d say it’s better than Outback. The cooking temperature is a hit or miss though. Sometimes it’ll come out cooked perfectly and other times not.

First dish (Beef Tips) looked like slop in a bowl! Something you’d feed cowboys on a cattle drive! Manager was kind enough to take it away and bring me another dish (Killer Ribs w/steak fries. Excellent! Meat fell off the bone! Adjusted my bill so I left happy.

This is your typical large quantity, low quality food. I received a gift card so that is the only reason I tried it. It is on the par of an Outback; maybe a little better. The salad was alright….the blue cheese dressing was good. The baked potato was unremarkable. I ordered their ribs, which were supposed to be their specialty. The ribs were as dry as the bone and hard. Awful! The place was chaotic, loud and very unpleasant with the floors being slippery from grease. I believe I will forgo the rest of the balance on the gift card rather than eat there again.

The Hostess up front, they were absolutely horrible, told me I could just find a seat, than when I did yelled at me for attempting to sit weee I found a seat. The server I can’t remember his name was friendly and the service was good, however we did not get our salads with our food and it took a long time to get our food and business was slower that day. I was disappointed in my visit mostly because of the front staff who were too lazy to seat anyone. The way I was treated by them soured me from going back anytime soon.
