We went in the other night for dinner, its been a while and thats a shame, because we truely enjoy the food here. Had the chix parm and steak alfredo… super delicious. Our server ‘Mary’ was wonderful. We’ll be back soon. Still the best Italian in Bangor. Thank you.

Absolutely ridiculously long wait time for a pick up order. The whole area towards the restrooms is absolutely disgusting, and the women’s room was out of order anyway. Only one person working takeout/register, making the salads, AND waiting on the tables. Everyone from the kitchen was just moseying along, without any sense of urgency in the fact that people were waiting on their food.

Take out is take out, you expect things to be a little cold when you get it. You expect things to taste a bit different once you get it. BUT… To get your order and it be completely devoid of flavor or seasoning? That’s just atrocious. I don’t think I’ve ever had “bad italian food”. Especially, since it’s a pretty hard thing to mess up. For your business to expect customers to pay the prices on your menu is an absolute joke. *Customer beware* lower your expectations.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill since they opened. The pizza used to be amazing…but we won’t go there again. We ordered delivery off of Slice and we literally threw a whole pizza away it was so bad.

Their Baked Ravioli and the Garden Salad with sliced Garlic Bread was phenomenal. They were good sized portions and very delicious! I would highly recommend them. You can order Online, Over the phone, or just Walk-in. They can even Deliver your order. Call first to find out their hours of operation.

We came in to dine for lunch at 11:00. All the table tables were dirty, as well as the floor and we were told to have a seat wherever we wanted. As dirty as the dining room was I wonder what the kitchen looks like! Was excited to try this! Too bad!!!!

Brought us wrong appetizer almost an hour after ordering and cooked the one we ordered, ( which was calamari ) so much it was almost burned and tough as hell.liter 8 pieces for $15. Caesar dressing tasted and looked like jellied olive oil .It wasnt mixed with the salad. Never checked on us for more drinks. After 1 hr 15 minutes when still no entree a man dressed in a black chef shirt checked to see if we had received our food. We said no and the calamari is inedible. He left and came back and said our food was just being started! He did apologize. Our order was never put in. There were only 3 tables there. We asked to pay for our salads and wine and go. He wouldn’t let us pay. I felt sorry for that young man . Shame on the waitress ( who I recognize from years past even though it’s under new ” management “) who ruined the night and never came back to apologize.
