First off… I absolutely love Teriyaki Madness— usually! I’m not sure if this location is corporate owned or a franchise… Either way, for some reason the food at this location is nowhere near as good as other locations in Vegas. The pot stickers are never cooked correctly… be sure to skip them! The noodles… just subpar from what I’ve experienced at other locations. We’ve been to this location 2 or 3 times to make sure it wasn’t a one off…but no, subpar food is the norm. I’ll likely pass on this location going forward…. But I’ll definitely be looking to try another location… Cus… it’s Teriyaki Madness…. usually Yum!

I stopped in today at this Teriyaki Madness location and was disappointed in my tofu bowl. But typically they are better, so Im hoping this is a 1-off experience.

They don’t have the sauces out so you have to ask. They seem to have gotten really cheap since the last time I was here which was years ago but 15 bucks for a regular and it barely filled me up. It seemed half full. NONE of the drinks were flavorful. Something seems wrong with the co2. Hard pass. Won’t be back. $15 plus a drink ($3)and… ask for a tip. Hard hard pass

We literally live by the w Craig location and came up here for the cleanliness. To our surprise we also received outstanding customer service. Dalton greeted us as soon as we walked in and was so pleasurable when taking our order. It’s rare you see the type of positive energy and exceptional customer service nowadays. He even offered us water cups as we waited for our order. Great service at this location and will be back!

Yummy I like the taste of the food. The only problem was the employee got my order wrong after repeating it to me right.

First time coming here wanted to try it out. Cool little fast food style place. Lots of good side options like edamame, gyoza, shrimp tempura, etc. They have different bowl size options. They come with rice and veggies or substitute for noodles. The food was good a bit on the sweet side for my taste. Overall it was good prices were ok.

Decent food, the sauce isn’t sweet it’s just salty. I put my own bourbon sauce on it when I got to the house. The rice seemed overcooked though. I should’ve just gotten the veggies.

I paid $25 for mushy gluey fried rice and chicken that had large pieces fat stuck all over it. I thought you cooked chicken breast and not dark meat chicken from chicken thighs, but it looks like you now cook meat from the chicken thighs instead of the breast nowadays. I bought chicken teriyaki bowls from Teriyaki Madness this past winter and they used to be excellent quality food and excellent cooking and now you guys went downhill this spring. I won’t be ordering more food from you in the future.
