Saw this place on GrubHub and decided to try it since I had not heard of it before and I was not disappointed. I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken which comes with steamed white rice and Yakisoba. Nice portion for the price and great flavor on the sauce for the chicken and the batter was crisp. The chicken meat itself was moist and well seasoned. I also had the egg rolls. Great texture and I liked the filling, which was veggie, no meat. They are BIG eggrolls and come with sweet and sour sauce. My new favorite Asian restaurant. Highly recommend!

Great atmosphere with wonderful owners. They are very inviting and their food is so lovely! We try to come every wednesday and we’ve been pleasently surpised with every choice of entree so far. I’d absolutely recommend!

This was my first experience at Teppanyaki Box after having driven by for years. I am so glad I took the time to stop in. I ordered the steak/shrimp combo for a surf and turf adventure and I was not disappointed! The food is familiar fare done very well. The combo comes with very tasty veggies, white rice, and a heaping mound of yakisoba. I can’t wait to try more of their menu when I return. Again and again.

$100 of pretty awful food. The lack of care and effort is super apparent. We only tried it because it was Monday and all the other Asian food restaurants were closed. Paid extra to get fried rice with the 4 dinners we got. It was just brown rice with maybe a tsp. of egg in 2 of the orders. It was all flavorless and cheap tasting. The gyoza was obviously frozen and processed elsewhere. The outside was spongy the inside had no flavor. The yakisoba was bad and had hardly anything in it. It took forever. The only way these people are making a business happen is due to lack of people never having decent Asian food and no one else has an Asian restaurant open on Mondays. We will never go again and I will never recommend it. Look at all the grease in the container from the eggrolls. Just terrible.

When I got there I was dismayed that the local subway had closed, but I think this place is even better. Nice air conditioning, tasteful decor, wide menu, and calming music, with a smoothie bar as well cheap but tasty fare. They knew I was in a rush and were able to get my chicken/beef combo with rice and yakisoba out in around 12 minutes, which is a godsend after driving all day. Bubble tea was perfect for the heat, and I hope to come here again. Would recommend to friends and family.

I have been meaning to swing by and try this place since I first saw it. I am glad that I did! My wife and I both got the bento box, and it was delicious! It had spicy beef, yakisoba, gyōza and a California roll! They have a very extensive beverage selection, including a flavored redbull bar and Bubble tea!

(as of 11/28/2020): An amazing find in Selah for quality Asian food at an incredible price!! Please stop on by and help out your local shops. This place offers good and quality and high quantity amount of food for an amazing affordable price. I fusion of Chiinese/Japanese dishes on the go. The “sushi” is considered non raw rolls geared towards western culture, the rice on the rolls has a similar vinegar flavor and the quantity for the price is definitely worth a try. Check it out!

This place is a hidden gem! Dragon roll is personally my favorite. I also like Sumo in Yakima but Teppanyaki Box quality, size and taste is so much better! And cheaper.
