I recently started purchasing these meals and I’m very happy with them. I was getting tired of doing my own prep meals and this has been a welcome treat to have whole food and good tasting prep meals right here in Charleston. The menu changes weekly and is quite diverse. I have found the meals to taste really good, and even the containers provided are high-quality and easily reusable if you so desire. The price is a little on the higher end, but all the ingredients are whole and that makes it worthwhile to me. Will continue to buy and look forward to seeing the new menu every week.

Love 212 meals! Fast, easy, and absolutely delicious! This is the only meal prep service that I’ve found to have so many gluten free option which I appreciate tremendously! Let me start off by saying that using this service was the best decision! Wanted to try using a meal prep food delivery service for a while, but I wasn’t sure about which one. My gym, Sportscenter, is a pickup location for this service, and I kept seeing the information for it. My family and I finally decided to try it. We are extremely happy we did. We got our first order on Monday, and every meal has been great! We normally buy frozen, fully cooked meals from the store or eat out. Frozen dinners always have additives and weird ingredients to preserve the food and never taste great . Eating out gets expensive and leads to making unhealthy food choices. With this service, you don’t have to plan, shop, meal prep, cook, or wash dishes. There is no hassle or headache involved. The ordering and pickup process was very simple. We placed our second order today and plan to continue using this service moving forward. Also, co-founder Jason was incredibly nice and helpful! Loved that he reached out after our first delivery to make sure we were happy with our experience. If you’re considering trying a service like this, 212 meals are where it’s at! Highly recommend!

Over the past several years my husband and I have tried many meal prep services and we finally found one we BOTH approve of! 212 Meal Prep has a great variety of meals to choose from, they always come fresh and it is noticeable that they use quality meats and produce. The meals are quite healthy and have appropriate seasoning (not too bland and not too overpowering). We find their pricing to be very reasonable and greatly appreciate the convenience of being able to pick up the meals at our local gym. They use good packaging an provide clear and simple heating instructions. Definitely recommend 212 Meal Prep!
