My partner and I have been here twice in the last two weeks (largely due to the £20 off £50 voucher via the app).
The food was really nice both times, and we were served by Jack on both occasions.
He’s very friendly and cracks some really funny one liners when serving. There’s a reason his name is mentioned consistently in these positive reviews.
We have been to Ask Italian a lot of times in the past, and have always enjoyed it.

My first time visiting Ask Italian and it did not disappoint. If you download the app you can get one of the lovely pizza for £7 instead of £17 odds, certain days only on this offer.
The service was fantastic, met with a lovely gent who took us to our table, you get drinks on the table, little shots of lemonade (I think) it was lovely and refreshing.
Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic experience at ASK Italian in Norwich, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Leanne. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and looked after throughout the entire visit.
Leanne was incredibly attentive and took the time to talk us through everything in detail. We had people at our table with specific dietary requirements, and she was exceptionally thorough in checking everything carefully — nothing was rushed and no stone was left unturned. She made sure we felt completely comfortable and confident with our choices, which really made a difference to the overall experience.
Honestly, I would come back just for her service alone — she’s a real credit to the restaurant, and you’d be very lucky to have her looking after you.
On top of that, the food was excellent quality, arrived in good time, and there was a great range of options, including a really impressive Christmas menu. Everything we ordered was delicious. It’s also a brilliant place for families — the children’s menus are well thought out, offer plenty of variety, and allow for lots of customisation.
I’d highly recommend ASK Italian Norwich to anyone visiting the city and looking for great Italian food, especially if you’re dining with children. And if you’re lucky enough to be served by Leanne, you’re in for an outstanding experience.

Thank you once again! The meal ordered was exceptionally tasty! The Bolognese was beautifully rich, full of flavor, and wonderfully juicy! Your crispy chips were perfectly crunchy, not too hard, and delightfully fluffy on the inside (not dry). I haven’t had the chance to enjoy the Chocolate Torte yet, but I’ve had it before, and it was a delightful treat for a night trucker! (The atmosphere rating is in the middle because it was an online order.) Thank you, team.
