went here on a saturday around lunch time with my wife and daughter. Honestly this is nothing special in my opinion. very comparable to raining canes however the fries and bread are not as good. the chicken fingers are about the same. Also was a little salty for my liking.

What makes Zaxbys stand out to our family in a time where chicken tender restaurants are everywhere is the taste of the battered chicken for sure, but also the crinkle cut seasoned fries and the sauces. The Garlic Buffalo sauce is soooo good. The original chicken sandwich is great as well, but I am not a big fan of the spicy chicken version. One of the sauces on that sandwich doesn’t hit me right. I still ate every last bite, just not my favorite.
We also love knowing they are always open when we would have late night chicken cravings. We live in Wylie, so that shows how special this place is based on our willingness to drive as far as we do for this food.

Went at 10:11 pm food was cold waited till the next morning called and let them know I had the food still can I get it fresh they tell me No unless I have the receipt even though I have the food from that night it was the manager (TONYA) after my wife found the receipt she said I recommend you come back tomorrow because she said I had a attitude I never cared enough to have one I was completely nice explaining to her what happened and through the whole process so I went there today brought the cashier a large strawberry shake and gave her a 5$ tip to show I am no threat I just wanted my food fresh (by the way I told her I found a receipt on the bag she still said come back when her GM IS ON DUTY ) ……..TONYA IS NOT FIT TO BE A MOD u don’t interrogate a Customer over cold food I EVEN TRYED TO EAT IT AND CALL IT A DAY IT WAS TO COLD

Just arrived home to find my food like this, even after pulling me forward to wait, everything old, cold! Never go to this restaurant during 2nd shift 5- close you will be disappointed with food and service!

Grabbed lunch with a coworker here and service was efficient and we didn’t have to wait long for the food. When I’m in the area I always enjoy stopping by for their salads and fries. Will definitely return!

Stopped here & The food came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor which is exactly what you want from a chicken spot. The fries were seasoned perfectly, and the sauce is always on point. The staff was friendly and moved quickly, even with a steady crowd. The restaurant was clean, and the overall service felt smooth and efficient. Definitely one of the better quick-stop meals I’ve had lately.

Mediocre at best. This was my very first time ever trying Zacbys. Service was extremely fast in the drive through, however, the food was nothing to write home over. Ordered the Surf and Turf and a Strawberry Lemonade. The lemonade was amazing, the food not so much. I’ve deduced that the food was pre-made and had been sitting before being served to me. I live less than 2 minutes away, and when I arrived home I found that the food wasn’t as hot as I would have expected. It was also a little too salty for me. Long story short, y’all missed the mark and unfortunately this being my first time, it will leave a lasting memory reminding me to not eat at Zaxbys.

I’ve been to Zaxby’s a few times, and I have to give this location credit for freshly made food, a clean restaurant, and great customer service!
Guadalupe and Ronnie were exceptional, showing patience with our order and ensuring that everyone in our party of seven had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. The only thing I’d say is that the fry portion could’ve been bigger and had a little less salt.

The Service and food is very good and the manager Laytona is great. A good example of great customer service. U get ur money’s worth eating here I do all the time I visit and the team there is nice as well. Most importantly the restaurant is clean and spaced out so u can enjoy ur meal.
