First time here for lunch. Cozy little place. This place is pretty new. I usually comes to Dover 2 to 3 times a years but this is my first time here. We ordered a 3 lbs cheese steak. This thing was actually 3 lbs. It was so heavy. It smell good and have lots of meat on the bun. Definitely recommend if you like cheese steak. The question is did I finish my cheese steak? Two locations. One in dover, one in bear. Both tan by a genuine soul with passion and perseverance! Being in the line of culinary creations. I take pride and joy. In others who do the same! Being honest. They forgot my pie. Lol But I’m not even mad. The cheesestrak was big enough for two people. To eat and save some! Lol u see the size of the regular fork fawning all over that fabulous fold of steak and peppers!! Cornbread was soft, greens were great! Fish was fantastic. I would have shook so.e more seasoning and spice on the whole meal. However, I also have a hard to handle pallet lol

Ribs were good flavor, a sweet apple ish bbq though quite tough for our liking.( @a slow& low reheat can fix that) Pulled pork sandwich was stacked high with tender meat that was good with no sauce. Dirty rice was surprisingly bland except for pieces of grilled brisket that offered a nice flavor. Napkins and utensils provided. Staff helpful and very friendly.

Went there last week . Ribs were good. Went in today . My husband ordered 2 orders of ribs, one with NO BBQ SAUCE. I’m not a fan of BBQ SAUCE. It was a take out order. Drove home with the ribs smelling the car out. Good smell. Couldn’t wait to eat. Opened my order and they were covered in BBQ SAUCE. I did not eat mine. Grabbed a salad. My husband tried to eat his and they were to chewy. Waste of money.

I came for lunch and half the menu was unavailable, the cashier didn’t even apologize for the limited menu. When picking up my order I was told that one of my sides was unavailable. What was available was ok. Ribs and brisket were flavorful all be it tough. Interior is clean but dated.

First time here on recommendation, I wasn’t disappointed. Cheese Steak was enormous, tender and very good. Will definately return. Not busy, people are really missing out on this gem. Friendly staff, good service and delicious food. Best kept secret in Dover. What are you waiting for ?
