Visited Temporis with my girlfriend for our 2 year anniversary.

The restaurant is beautifully designed with great lighting and modern furnishings.

We ordered the tasting menu along with the mocktail pairing and it was phenomenal. Every meal, ever drink was made with a lot of attention to detail and the the drinks complemented the dishes really well

Temporis was our first 1 Michelin star restaurant we visited and it did not disappoint.

Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to have a good time with great food

Temporis was a beautiful dinner.
Value matters a lot to me. A Michelin star restaurant is often on the pricier end, but I felt in this case it was justified.

The dining room is small, but well appointed.
The staff was friendly, genuine and informative.

I was very happy to hear they had a non alcoholic pairing. It’s a great option for drivers and those who just can’t or want to imbibe less. 65 per person

Pro tip:
Speaking of which they have more than one wine pairing option. There’s a reduced portion wine pairing so drivers can drink but leave sober enough to drive.

That night they had a caviar pairing for an extra 40 per order. We tried it. It was good, but not my favorite of all the dishes.

The corn with shaved truffles was my favorite dish of the night.
I do look forward to returning and seeing what they do next.

Parking was Street parking for temporis. We lucked out and found a spot quickly.

This was a great place and I had the blast trying foods that were a play on how they were prepared. The wait staff was amazing and super friendly. The food was very good and we came out full. Some of the dishes shined more than others but each dish was unique and took lots of preparation. From beginning to end everything was well thought out and the menu took you on a journey that not only lasted in the restaurant but also the whole night. For $265 (tip and tax included) I would 100% go back again!

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. It’s a small place. Every dish is full of flavors and surprises. I like their plates, very cool.
My favorite was the duck breast and the wagu beef. Very impressive, the meat are juicy and tender. The only things I don’t like too much are the desserts.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by word of mouth and I can certainly say the food here ranks among the best meal I’ve had all year. Maybe one of the best tasting dinners I’ve ever had. The quality of the ingredients and execution on every single dish was absolutely delicious and incredible. Hats off to Chef Troy and the entire staff for a dinner we’ll never forget. For every foodie out there reading this and visiting Chicago to dine at the well known establishments, this restaurant cannot be missed. Coming from someone who has dined twice at Alinea, the quality / taste of the meal at Temporis easily wins.

This place has been flying under the radar for over a year now. I recently remember reading something about this place and thinking “oh, the menu looks great and it’s decently priced.” It was definitely a pleasant surprise when my sister and I went to dine here. It was nice and cozy, very intimate, only 7 employees in total. The food was amazing, from start to finish. One of my favorites was the Foie Gras ice cream. The lamb and escargot was also really good, just wish those were bigger portions. I highly recommend trying this place out, as it’s probably up and coming, just like Oriole. I remember going there when they first opened and then they received a Michelin star and now the price has sky rocketed for their tasting menu. Trust me, get in while you can and do it fast, you’ll want to dine here at Temporis.

I am finally getting around to writing this review but honestly just go to the restaurant.

The service is impeccable and the sommelier that we had absolutely made my fiancés birthday and our experience a 5 star Michelin experience. The food was insanely creative and so good we wanted to lick our plates. We will be scheduling our next visit because out of the several Michelin restaurants we have been to in the city, this one stands well above the crowd.

I didn’t get a picture of the bbq course because the smell sent me into a frenzy and I ate all of it before I could take a picture.

Thank you all for a wonderful experience.

From the moment my girlfriend and I entered Temporis to when we left, everything was perfect. The dishes were eclectic, creative, and delicious. I particularly loved the foie gras with blueberry and granola – such a playful take on a breakfast parfait, and so delicately presented inside of an eggshell! Other highlights were the “carrots and peas” and the wagyu beef, but truthfully, everything was spectacular. I highly recommend ordering the wine pairing – they even offer a “half glass” option at a reduced price so that you only have around 3 drinks by the end of the meal.

This meal is easily one of my favorite set dinners in Chicago and well deserving of its Michelin star. The space is very intimate and the ideal spot for a special night out with a loved one. Given how frequently the menu changes, I look forward to coming back!

I like the lobster tail and the first three appetizer. Other things look beautiful but taste nothing too impressive. The service and the atmosphere are good. Perfect for date night. $195/person tasting menu and we came out full.

The food here was bursting with flavor but sometimes too many different flavors on one plate where I started to feel a little sick near the end. Presentations were beautiful, especially the terrarium. I can see why they earned a Michelin star but the price for the food/experience was a little too much. At the end of our meal we got a gift box with the menu and wine pairing as well as a tea bag, dessert treat for later, and a micro green growing kit which was cool and a way for them to be remembered long after we visited.
