Chef Jasmine Sheth (she/her) is a James Beard Foundation grant winner & creator of Tasting India; a culinary adventure that aims to showcase the breadth of Indian cuisine. Jasmine grew up in Mumbai and lived in NYC for almost two decades, winning the James Beard Scholarship & moving to Chicago to pursue a career in Hospitality. She has worked at several Boka Restaurant Group venues (Momotaro, Swift & Sons), before venturing out to be a solo entrepreneur and founding Tasting India. She is also creator of Spice without Borders, creating artisanal, small batch spice blends, teas & coffees, ships all over the US
