I went to the drive thru. I haven’t been to McDonald’s in a few years and this visit reminded me why. I asked if I could get the breakfast burrito meal but in a bowl and it was as though they had never encountered “no tortillas” before. I get it, how do you input that in the system so that the folks making the food understand the request – that’s a fair reason to pause but then they seemed to forget everything else. We had more to order than that one thing but that seemed confusing enough to stop our order.

Wow really ordered at 3:22 pm didnt get my food untill 3:42 and this is what i got i have put in a few surveys but this is my last time going there burger king is right across the street it will be my 3 day a week stop now

I go here almost every week since they opened. Sometimes if there are a lot of people it can take longer, but nowadays they’re on top of things and I get my food fast. I have also never received an incorrect order. Things were slower when they first opened, but they’ve done great in the last few months. At least in my experience.

Her name tag said Margarita. Whatever her name was, she was rude. I get there may be a wait for things but I shouldn’t of been waiting 10+ minutes for my food when it wasn’t even that busy. This employee had a horrible attitude towards me during our entire interaction. The other one, no name but in a black shirt was very communicative and nice, I like her and you need more employees like her— not ones with bad attitudes. I was also here Tuesday and had the same negative experience with Margarita. She shouldn’t work with people with how bad her attitude is.

For lunch I decided to order ahead using the app. When I got to slot 1, there way maybe 3 vehicles in the drive thru. After waiting 25 minutes, I finally had to call to find out where my order was. Few minutes later I finally got my order. Cold frys. Not a way to waste people limit time for a “Fast Food” restaurant.

DO NOT go to this McDonald’s. My sister and I had the worst experience today . They literally told every car to pull up to a number to get their food so after about fifteen to 20 minutes of waiting we never received our food so we called the store from the parking lot and the manager who unfortunately has a speech impediment and seemed very overwhelmed informed us that they were understaffed and were working with only 7 people . She then asked us what we ordered and we informed her what we ordered, she then asked us what was the receipt number and we informed her that they did not give us a receipt they just told us to pull beside number 4 or 5 ..I can’t remember however one of the numbers on the signs of 4 or 5 were missing so we pulled beside the number as instructed by the guy working at the window. In hindsight I think they gave our order to someone else on accident because they had so many cars going to many different numbers(wait areas) because they were overwhelmed.The manager said that they would make us a new order however at that point we didn’t want a new order after seeing that a new car that had just arrived next to us had gotten their food fairly quickly. We then pulled around to the drive-through window and stated that we wanted a refund, After a few kids came to the window finally the manager came and apologized ..we did get a refund but the manager did not give us our money but some kid at the window did who threw my sister’s money in her hand ,some of the change fell on the ground and then he slammed the window on her and didn’t apologize or anything. We then drove to a different to the McDonald’s and received a good experience … Do yourself a favor and go to a different McDonald’s in the area even if you have to drive 15 minutes it’s going to be worth it trust me.

This location is the slowest I’ve been to, first time I attempted to come here I was told it would be a half hour wait. Second time I come both drive thru lanes are open but no one would answer the mic in the one lane causing everyone to drive back around and get in the other lane.

Ordered extra pickles- you gave us no pickles. Ordered a McDouble and got a double quarter pounder. The buns were stale and hard. Very annoyed and disappointed which isn’t hard to do at a McDonald’s but way to take it that extra step!

I understand this is a new McDonald’s. Today was the third time and again my online order was wrong while I waited at least 35 to 40 minutes outside. I also work in Customer Service and mistakes will happen, but 3 times? This is so unacceptable. When I finally got the order when I was waiting outside, the employee told me I’m sorry, but there’s a lot of young people working here and blamed it on them. I don’t want anybody to get in trouble for this, but management needs to be more focus on training. When mistakes like this happen, maybe you should offer coupons, discounts or something to bring the customers back. Thank you

No one to take orders. No one to help. No where to take cash. Terribly slow. Most orders we saw come out were incorrect. People in parking lot told us to go elsewhere. Should have listened. Food wasn’t fresh either. No one was wiping off tables. Finally talked to staff and they dont have towels to clean tables. Just wipe it off with a napkin they told us.
