Ended up going here after visiting fragmented nostalgia! It was delicious and definitely hit the spot! The staff was kind and the good was so yummy 10/10 recommend it

You pay $13 for a small bowl of pho and you also get your limes thrown to the side of your tray that for sure is not appropriately washed. These are shared trays within the cafeteria.

The food was good. Service was poor with poor attitude. Before you blame a customer for ringing up order wrong, don’t get mad and say it’s customers fault and not your fault when customer wasnt conplaining at all. Learn to laugh a little when it’s a small mistake. Maybe learn to speak english clearly so customers can understand as well so you can get the order right the first time. I gave two star bc at least they made me my sandwich. Will not be returning.

Worst place to get food in the food court. Service is bad and the food isn’t fresh. I ordered a grilled pork banh mi sandwich and it was premade already. The bread was chewy and the meat was cold. The old lady at the register didn’t even greet me or say anything to me. I gave her my order and she just flipped the screen around and pointed to my total. Once I paid, she just turned around and walked away. Worst place I’ve been to in the mall. Don’t waste your time here.

Best place hands down at the mall to eat. The prices for portion size is ridiculously cheap in comparison to the surrounding Asian food joints with being incredibly delicious. From the Pho to the curry you will come back just for the food not the mall.

I would rate the pho almost 4 stars. Unfortunantly, the staff is very unappreciative of paying customers. They do not care that you are paying for their food service and are supporting their small business. Luckily there are many places serving 4…. even 5 star pho in the twin cities. Don’t support them, they do not care about their supporters. We need a new restaurant in the mall who is friendly, caring and appreciates their customers.

Wanted to try their food. But I got disappointed. Found hair in my food, complained about. Gave me a second one, and still found another hair. Not going to eat there anymore.

I wasn’t too happy with the response I got from ordering springrolls. I asked what they put in it as I’m allergic to shrimp. The lady responded that Springrolls are all pre-made with shrimp in it and if I didn’t like for me to just take out. I said no thanks and she gave me a look like I was super needy. I’m allergic, it’s serious. I can’t just take it out. I thought that was very unprofessional for a business owner to not even acknowledge the seriousness of food allergies.

The pho was ok. The customer service was lacking badly. I was not greeted when I walked up and had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged. When the woman did come up she asked, “what do you want?” I told her, but wasn’t done ordering before she rang me up and asked for my card. The wontons were good though. I thought all in all it was overpriced and I could find better food and service elsewhere.

The old lady there is very mean and disrespectful. She yells, grunts, rolls her demon eye, walks away in the middle of ordering and tells you to hurry up. The other young costumers in front of me looked sad after ordering.
