Honestly, this place is super unprofessional. First of all, our cashier asked us to pay with cash when I used my card! There is no policy that says that I have to pay with cash! He then reluctantly let us pay with card, in a very hostile manner. Secondly, he pours the broth for the pho right in front of us! So unprofessional! But the food wasn’t even good! The pork chop was bone dry, the presentation was not good, and dressing was not good! The pho was a disaster. The atmosphere was good because Maplewood Mall is a decent mall! They did nothing right, so don’t come here!

Lots of bitter people in these comments. Glad I didn’t listen to them and gave this place a chance. The rice chicken meal is honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! Not to mention, their strawberry bubble tea is one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be back to try their other items!

Are they the same owner of Taste of Sigio? Why the food doesn’t taste good like before especially pho , too much oil in the soup. Also the cashier looks so mean. It’s used to be my favorite but not anymore. I will never go buy foods there again.

Terrible customer service. I ordered bubble tea, but received a smoothie like drink instead. The pictures on the menu clearly show bubble milk tea, not this. When I confronted them about the issue, they were unhelpful and dismissive. One of them just walked away. Rude attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service or good bubble tea.

Super rude. They got the orders of the girls in front of me wrong three times and was super rude and dismissive when the girls said it wasn’t what they ordered. Then they snatched the receipt out of their hands. The girls were super young and just took whatever food/drinks they gave them. But it ruined the experience for me. Then they were rude to the customers after me. DO NOT SUPPORT. Go somewhere else to buy pho.

DON’T PAY WITH CASH.
The cashier is a total jerk who basically bullies customers into using cash. I only had $7 on me and he snatched it from my hand and said I could pay the remaining with card.
Besides the poor customer service, the food is below average. Got two Bahn Mis and they tasted nothing like a good bahn mi. You’re better off eating Panda Express tbh

Fast, friendly and affordable food and service. I enjoy the bahn mi the very best. I’ve tried a few other places around the East side and this place uses very fresh ingredients in their sandwiches and pho.

This place has gone down hill. We ordered 2 special ham bahnmi and an order of eggrolls for $34 & it was the worst $34 I’ve spent. The bread was falling apart and you couldn’t even taste the ham. It was thin and barely any in there. If you want to eat veggies in a bahnmi bread that’s falling apart, sure go for it but don’t call it a bahnmi, literally a disgrace. Not only that but they must have a new Indian worker. He didn’t seem to want to be there at all and he works so slow. He moved onto the next order and realized he forgot to give us our food. This place use to be good for a mall food court joint, but never again, don’t wanna try my luck!
