I would like this is one of my long-time fast stops for boba and some quick yummy bites. I would recommend this place if you’re nearby for some grocery and want to grab boba drinks or a quick bite. They have so great meals as well. No hassle and waiting in line. Great customer service as always.

although this is no longer quickly, they still provide all quickly food/milk tea items.
bummed out that popcorn chicken no longer comes with basil, but they do sell other tasty food items and milk tea is still legit as i remember growing up in the late 90s.
plus lets talk about the cleanliness and the great sense of humor of the owners, āyí and shūshu!! especially shūshu is such a jokester
big thanks for giving us free thai iced milk tea to bring home to our kids!
we will come back when in the area to try their other meals especially the salt pepper shrimp
but wait theres more
not too sure why folks were warning us to not be in the side of sactown its not like sactown is singapore,its trying tho thats why we socal/bayfolks have invested lmao
we didnt see no issues at all, rough areas? YES.
but then again america is full of rough areas so its nothing new i would say this is the most place we can compared to our other homes in south america, asia, east coast, socal and the bay that is Welcoming

Two lovely people work here. I believe they are the owners. Excellent customer service. Always greeting and telling customers to have a nice day when leaving. They are very quick with making the food and drinks when ordered. Food and drinks are also delicious!

Eat here! Best fried chicken fried rice, salt n pepper wings, salt n pepper ribs and popcorn chicken. Prices are so low for such consistently good food. Jumbo fruit teas are less than $5. The old man and lady that works/own this place are super friendly and always, always chat us up. We love them! We come here so often, they give us a free thai tea each time. It may not look like much inside and outside but it is clean and we go there for food, not the ambiance.

The place is nice, quaint, clean and has karaoke set up. The employee was nice and patient because they didnt have what i usually getcat other quicklys..
However, the drinks i ordered were far too sweet. I asked for less sweet and its still super sweet.. they also did not have many items that were supposedly available on the menu.. very sad..
