Just an outstanding Brunch place in heart of Santa Monica but placed at a very quiet place, and located in and around Ann old church. Choices of breakfast is good, quality is outstanding, including top end coffee! A MUST go when you are around this place close or even far! Sweet Baked Stuffs are out of the world!

Hands down this place is one of the best (if not the best) breakfast places in LA. First of all I was very enchanted by the interior design and one of the few places who had put some emphasis on design and architecture where you’re not met with your boring minimal or industrial designs that you see in most places in LA.

The food and ambiance are wonderful, especially if you find a spot outside. I am swept away into a calm, beautiful space. However, I’m always stressed to stand in that line in hopes to get a nice spot to sit and eat. So honestly, for the type of restaurant, not full service, this is a 3 star for the stress to find a nice table while you wait in line to order and pay. However, the staff work hard to clear the tables and bring the food to the tables.

Very clean setting and nice atmosphere. I enjoyed the croissant, but I don’t think I can justify paying $5.50 for a croissant again. Worth trying once. The cortado is good; no acidity to it.

First timer at this location (off Arizona in Santa Monica). Friend and I decided to go to this location at 8:30a in the morning. There was a line already forming outside the doors. I can only imagine how crowded the place will be any later. Since I it was my first time, I decided dine in and get the Ricotta toast and coffee. It had a bit too much orange marmalade/zest for me, but enjoyed it nonetheless. I ordered the almond croissant, chocolate croissant, and a croissant loaf to go. Heads up that you should order everything at once and packaged breads are available but I saw customers with bags of their loaves. Be wary of parking. The Santa Monica Street signs are very strict about the hours you can park on the street. Unfortunately, they have a valet service for parking.. The sign says 45 min w/validation to be $1. Just be very intentional about the parking. It won’t be cheap to stay longer than 45 mins and with lines forming, there will be a chance of staying longer.

Food is amazing, but the staff is generally rude. I’ve been coming here for a week straight and there were only a few times I had pleasant experiences with the staff. I think the only great service was from the parking staff and the kitchen, but the rest were simply on their phones.

This place is so beautiful and the food/drinks taste amazing! However I will say the cashier was pretty rude overall, and she only took my order at the front (I can’t imagine serving). The inside area had a strange smell to it, and it was so strong to the point where we couldn’t eat inside or stand in there too long. Other than that, it’s reasonably priced with lovely outdoor seating and a peaceful atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere food I don’t like the granola but the fruit tart was really delicious. Avocado tartan is also good. Coffee is great

I stopped here with my family while on vacation and grabbed a few pastries to go. There were quite a few people waiting in a line that went out the door. Parking is not easy to find although they do have valet parking. I noticed while I waited that they have benches and tables in an outdoor garden dining area as well as seating indoors. It also seems to be dog friendly as I saw a few people with dogs on leashes.
