I had an amazing time at this restaurant! ️ The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The only slight hiccup was that the tip was included on the receipt and then mentioned again at the end. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I had a reservation on a weekday night a while back and tried quite a lot of dishes and drinks, and all the Peruvian food tasted great.

Awesome place! The cocktails were incredible – our favorite in the Boston area! We had the lab shank & trout. The lamb was amazing – the trout could have used some more flavor but was grilled perfectly.

First time coming to Tambo 22 with my daughter. Never tasted Peruvian food before and it was delicious! Each and every plate we ordered were excellent. We had Causa De Marisco, Yucca Fritas, Wantan frito, Ají De Gallina en Tazon, Lomito De chincho Anticuchero, and The Pulpo Al Olivo, it was my favorite. And for desert we ordered shortbread cookies. Excellent food…❤️

Excellent food and definitely a must visit. Great cocktails and appetizers. For apps, had Causa de Mariscos and Ceviche de tarwi. Cocktails tried were Coco loco, Emerald of the Amazon, Naked in Lima, Mata mule. All were nice, last two in particular. For entrée had Trucha a la parrilla (trout) and Aji de gallina en tazon(chicken). The trout was under seasoned and chicken was good but very one dimensional in taste that you would get bored quickly. Both missed the punch which was present in their apps. For dessert the shortbread cookies are melt in your mouth good.

We had dinner here with some friends on a Sunday night. The food was very good and service was decent. We liked the ceviche and the branzino. The cocktails were also quite great. The ambiance, though, was a little off. It didn’t feel to me like it was a nice space.

I hosted a group for a conference that included several of the top tax lawyers in the country. About 15-18 of us total. Very used to very expensive restaurants and virtually unlimited expense accounts. Brian and Taylor made the evening stellar and everyone raved about the food, the wine and the restaurant! Service was great and the food was literally to die for. I worked out a fixed price menu with Taylor long beforehand. Started with fresh oysters (briney and tangy), apps that included fried yucca and mini-skewers, and entrees that included lamb shank, salmon and a buttery braised chicken. Everyone was not only happy and chatty, but they raved about how good the food was. And the cost came in around $150 pp with cocktails and lots of wine! Huge kudos to Tambo 22. Too bad most of us are from out of town or we all be coming back on a very regular basis!

This spot is a hidden gem! I’ve been twice and both meals were perfect start to finish. Great services, great atmosphere, creative & tasty cocktails, and awesome food. Ceviche is always fresh & changing, and if you’re someone like me who salivates at the thought of fall-off-the-bone slow cooked meat, the lamb shank is a must. Go check this spot out!!

It took us three tries to finally come to Tambo 22, missed it during a winter storm, then a rain storm… but we sure are glad we persevered!

Really delicious and authentic Peruvian food. Huge portions and great value! Drinks were on point. Fast service. Beef anticucho a must have! So tender and juicy. Ceviche was perfectly seasoned. Braised lamb could have used a pinch more spice. Overall wonderful atmosphere and food.
