Muy mala atención y falta de respeto al cliente
Tuve una pésima experiencia en El Paraíso Latino en Herndon, Virginia. Esta mañana fui a pedir desayuno y pedí claramente huevo, pero me sirvieron frijoles. Al decirle a la señora —que creo que es la dueña— que yo no había pedido frijol, me respondió de forma grosera diciendo que “no abrimos bien la boca para hablar”.
Me parece una falta total de respeto que una persona que atiende al público responda así. Al expresar mi molestia y decir que ya no quería nada, me dijo que no me iba a atender más y que me callara, incluso usando frases como “shut up” en inglés. Todo esto solo por pedir que me dieran lo que realmente pedí.
Una persona que trata así a sus clientes no debería estar al frente de un restaurante. No lo recomiendo para nada. Un negocio debe ofrecer buena atención, respeto y educación, y eso aquí claramente no existe.
Terrible customer service and disrespectful behavior
I had a very bad experience at El Paraíso Latino in Herndon, Virginia. I went there this morning to get breakfast and clearly asked for eggs, but they gave me beans instead. When I told the lady —who I believe is the owner— that I didn’t ask for beans, she responded in a rude way, saying “you people don’t open your mouths when you talk.”
I found that extremely disrespectful. When I told her I didn’t want the food anymore, she told me she wouldn’t serve me again and kept telling me to shut up. All of this just because I asked for what I had originally ordered.
Someone who treats customers like this should not be running a restaurant. I do not recommend this place. A business should be based on good service, respect, and professionalism — and this restaurant has none of that.
