Drove from Sioux Falls with my mother to have this, we used to eat Raising Cane’s when visiting Las Vegas years ago and was so excited for the news that it was coming to Sioux City! The chicken is moist, tender, and great quality. Recommend the lemonade for the drink, it’s made fresh in-house. Also met Jason who is the Vice President of Raising Cane’s (gentleman standing center in the photo), and he shared Sioux Falls will be getting a Raising Cane’s around September 2026! Woo! Will be back a few more times to get my grub on until that happens. Welcome to Sioux City, Raising Cane’s! ❤️

Not a good first experience. Ordered on the app, Caniac Combo (6pc ckn), pick up was ok the first time. Realize shortly after leaving we received the Box Combo (I think it’s called- 4pc). Go back in to get it switched. They did give me the correct order but when I asked for a large cup instead of medium the worker rolled their eyes, exhaled loudly, then grabbed the right cup. I understand things happen, I was completely ok with it, until treated that way by staff. It’s all about resolve and repair. For the food, the chicken and fries are bland. The sauce was ok, but it should be a compliment to the food, not the only reason the food has flavor. The coleslaw, I took one bite and spit out, tasted spoiled. Not worth the hype or money.

If you’re hungry for chicken tenders this place is pretty good. They’re cooked perfectly and taste above average. The sauce that I’ve heard everyone rave about is ok. It is nice and peppery and is different from other fast food places. That is all thoug. It’s chicken tenders and that is it. The only options are how many or if you want them on a bun to make a tender sandwich. The friends are above average. Cole slaw was mid. The bread was damn good though.

I ordered the box combo. Chicken was excellent! Cole slaw good. Fries good. Everything was hot that should be. Cole slaw fresh. A slightly bigger serving of slaw and fries would be in line with prices. Other than that, staffing was friendly and helpful.
The music was quite loud upon entry. I think they figured the volume out, cause other people where having problems hearing the staff and vice versa, as was I. I refuse to eat at Texas Roadhouse due to the excessive noise. Really ridiculously loud in that place. No thanks.

No more long lines and wow what a disappointment. Breading was bland, fries tasted baked (blaned). Chicken was moist and fresh tasting but what’s all this about. The sauce was good so 2 stars.

Staff were a little disorganized and barking at each other over the amount of chicken needed. It was a busy lunch rush though.
Food was good and place was clean. Only real complaint was there was a lack of seats during the lunch rush, a lot of people waiting for a seat. Fries portions were a bit small too.
We did enjoy the experience though, would come back again for sure.

Story time. The first time I had canes chicken back in 2018 I was food poisoned. Never ate it again after that. December 26th 2026 I decided to give canes a second chance. I went into the lobby, ordered my food. Couldn’t even get my money back into my wallet my food was ready. Very impressive. It took a total of 6 mins from my car in the parking lot to getting my food and going back to my car. Very fast service. Good trainers. So I decided to see if inside service was super fast, how was the drive through? I went back for more food December 27th 12:15am. To go through drive thru. About 4 cars in front of me. Didn’t even have to wait a long Time. I got my food at 12:18am. Super fast service in drive thru. Only been open for a month and I can successfully say they will have a returning customer.

We went the day after it opened and it was super busy as expected but was in line and ordered in 5 minutes. The staff was amazing and there are great vibes there and they come check on you and see how everything is and if you need anything pretty frequently. I have been there multiple times since they opened and I have recommended this place to so many people. If you haven’t been yet, definitely try some time!

First time ever trying it, I got the box combo. On the figure skating scale out of 10, I’d give it a 8.2. The chicken tasted great with the canes sauce and the fries were perfect. I would come back. Thanks again
