So I have been to this place twice the first time they put onions in my burrito the second time they put onions in my trey two different kinds not mention my burrito was dry hardly any cheese and sour cream with very little flavor I had to put hecka salsa to at the least spice it up. And I was the only person in line and it still took about 20 minutes to get my burrito on my lunch.

The food is Amazing! You really can’t go wrong with anything on their menu! From the classic taco or burrito, to their monstrous Tortas! To their quesabirrias with hand made tortillas and that consumé they even take hot dogs to a WHOLE new level. The cochinita pibil! is absolutely delicious whether you get it in tacos, burrito, or as a plate with rice & beans. All amazingly delicious! And let’s not forget the tasty Aguas frescas! My faves are the cucumber or the chia spinach lemonade (trust me it tastes better than the name would imply ) lastly, the chef is always throwing in items of the day. Their beer battered tacos! OMG!! The vibe is always fire too they mix up the music wich I like that caters to older/newer generations. Definitely my favorite spot when I’m in Tracy

Nothing out of the extraordinary is an other option, I’ll give a 7 out of 10, food is okay, not bad at all, my princess loved though, maybe I’m confused and the flavor is better, but overall the tacos and the hotdog are okay

I must say that I’ve been eating tacos and burritos all my life. And I must say that the homemade ones from LA cochinita are very memorable something to write home about. All the homemade tortillas both flower and corn are a great thing and take me back to my childhood. You can honestly say that the food cooked at this establishment is made with care and love and pride in the making of these dishes and the preparation of the meats and garnishes. I am pretty much impressed and show my appreciation by going at least twice a week. And I’ve told everybody and Tracy and in Stockton areas about la cochinita and will continue to do so. Just to know let you know your hard work and the pride you take in your creations are noted thanks

I am a huge food connoisseur, I go to every Mexican food restaurant in every city and this is literally the best Mexican food I have ever had. They are the only restaurant I have ever been to that actually knows how to roll a burrito so it doesn’t fall apart. They are also the only Mexican restaurant that has ever been able to make me a proper veggie burrito. They use so much vegetables in their burrito’s that are fresh filled with taste. Most of the time when you get Mexican food and you ask for a veggie burrito the restaurant you go to does not know how to make a veggie burrito and they only put a few ingredients. This place literally puts over 10 types of veggies in the burrito, filled with the right amount of rice and beans and cheese layered on the insides. To top if off the burrito is huge even for a regular size. Hands-down the best in town. This place deserves 10 stars. Oh and by the way I have had more than just veggie burritos here, everything is very good
