I was very disappointed!! I ordered a taco salad and a small mexi tot. It was 11:09 for 8 tots that were completely cold and tasted like little salt bombs. I live 3 minutes away they should at least be warm. The taco salad has a skim of lettuce and it is rotted. It is also completely cold. I tried eating the shell, but it tasted old and stale. Shame on you taco time employees. I won’t come here again. I will spend my money at the one on Francis!! What a waste of money for a meal that ended up in the trash.

Honestly the best crisps meats I’ve had. Perfectly crispy. The nachos were good. Except when it cooled down it was like a block of chips. Lol probably won’t get the chicken next time.

Ordered online, waited 20 min before leaving to go pick up at the time it gave us it would be ready. Once getting there, waited more than 35 minutes before it was ready?! For that price and time, could have gone to a sit down restaurant! We try every once in awhile to see if this experience will change, but it does not. Too many other choices that are better priced and faster and just as tasty. We will move on to other places.

Very rude service I come here often and today I went through and ordered a 5 alarm burrito meal stuffed mexi tots and 2 crisp meat burritos I get all the way home and notice I didn’t get my crisp meat burritos. I’ve came here for years and never had an issue so I call them so I can get my crisp meat burritos and the first girl that answers was nice and told me she’d get her manager for me. The manager gets on the phone and as I’m explaining she cuts me off and tells me she’s the one who packed my order. I said ok?? I’m missing my crisp meat burritos ? And she goes I packed your order. Again ok ?? And she then goes if I can’t get you back tonight I can’t put them in my book. I said that’s fine I can come and she cuts me off again and says ok. She tried making me feel like i was lying about the order missing items. I am a manager and she was completely ridiculous and rude about the situation. I pay my way in life I don’t try getting free stuff. Sorry I wanted them items I paid for that I didn’t get.

The new store manager, Tilia, is awesome! When my order had an item that needed to be replaced she not only refunded me but she also got me the item, and let me take the one that was given to me on mistake. The other workers were kind and respectful. It was a great experience and great customer service.
