we were the only diners from walking in to walking out. we dined inside. we saw this restaurant on diners, drive-ins & dives. hubby ordered chicken & ground beef kabob & I ordered shrimp kabob. the salad was fresh & there was oil & vinegar dressing. no other salad dressing options. the proteins were minimally flavored. no one asked if we liked our food or needed anything. we were hungry & the amount of food was satiating. maybe they had an off day

Our first visit. Arrived around 11:00 AM, and as we entered several large to-go orders were being packaged and sent out (definitely an indication of a good restaurant). The restaurant interior is clean, compact, but well laid out. The menu is varied and appealing. The front display case had an attractive assortment of freshly prepared vegetable ingredients. We watched as meats were being sliced from the upright ‘rotisserie’ behind the counter. We ordered the Gyros – one chicken and one beef. Both were flavorful, with tomatoes, lettuce, and a delightful dressing. They were great. There is an outdoor covered dining area. We’re planning additional visits just to explore the varied menu. We definitely recommend Chickpeas Mediterranean Cafe.

Cute little restaurant with a nice menu. Friendly staff. We had the dolme and mushroom hummus as appetizers. Delicious. I had the falafel wrap, and my husband had the chicken schwarma wrap. Both very good.
