So, the other day I went to Papa Murphys on tower Ave. I went in and ordered a large papa’s favorite. I was met with a Man who had nothing but smiles on his face. He asked me how my day was, I said it could be better, and he said I’m sorry to hear that. Hopefully we can put a little more joy in your day and help make it a little better.
He smile and before I even started paying, he asked his coworker to make the pizza so I could have it as fast as possible. Then when I got to the end of the counter he said, Thankyou, I said no Thankyou.
He then said, just remember, pain is temporary, dont be to hard on yourself. Smiled then said enjoy your pizza and have a blessed day.
I asked what his name was, he said David.
To that worker, Thank you, you’re customer service was truly exceptional, you made me feel seen, and heard, and I genuinely felt like you cared for.

This was our first time trying the stuffed crust pizza. We got a cheese and an all meat. The crust puffs up to twice the size, but only half of it is cheese (big air pocket). The cheese cooked perfectly, but the all meat still looked underdone in the center, so I left it in longer. The bottom center burned to the plate, and the center never got golden brown. Taste was good, but the stuffed crust was definitely disappointing. I’m not sure if we will get it again. Online ordering was easy enough to do and super easy to pick up.

Three times in a row my order was messed up. One was when I ordered in the store and was standing there. The kids always looked lost. Twice was an online order and the recipt was on to clearly indicating no green pepper or mushrooms. And it was loaded with mushrooms and green pepper. Very disappointing considering we live an hour from the store and now two in my family can’t eat it.

It’s so easy to order online, find specials, customize each item (size, crust, toppings, etc.), apply coupons, and pick up fresh food on the way home. The Superior WI location is always clean and bright. The employees are friendly and professional. The food is always good.
