I love taco time. Super soft taco is the best, green sauce, Verde sauce, salsa bar is amazing. Skip the crustos here, not as good as usual. Inside a gas station. Excellent service!

I am from Salt Lake, I was here 5 weeks ago same deal here, Terrible. The lady at the front counter needs a raise so she can buy a personality, no joke. I ordered medium soda and food, guess what no lemonade just like 5 weeks ago, between taco time and the gas station employees they don’t know who changes the sodas this is what they told me 5 weeks ago. Shut this place down, you are a joke for a taco time! Asked for a refund this time for my soda, the young girl who did it, didn’t speak 1 word to me! This has got to be one of the absolutely worse food establishments with their doors unlocked and claim they are open, oh yeah what is taco time known for, their deep fried burritos, guess what they are out of these to. BTW I am a general manager of a food establishment in Utah!

The old lady running the front window and also must be the store. Constantly tries to get you to not order. By saying it’s gonna be a wait. There are orders in front of you. Are you sure you want to wait? On top of that when you hold your ground and order the whole crew acts like it’s the end of the world and that making your order is so much of a hassle.

Food is usually pretty good. Service has been lackluster at best over the past several months. Haven’t been able to get a crisp burrito in about 3 months. Every time I order I’m told they’re out of them for the day. Don’t know if they are only allowed to make a couple each day or if they just don’t want to make more. I would think with commercials bragging about food made fresh, then these should be prepped at order? Not sure. Have stopped going here at all. Got tired of sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes while they make the order ahead of me just to be told they are out of items for the rest of that day. It doesnt matter if I order at 11 am, or 3pm

I’m not sure what is going on, but they need to fix their problem. I go to this place weekly and always been happy, except for the past 4 months. Order a large Mexi-Fri and cold and the cup is 1/2 full. The soft taco, which use to be full of filling, is now all tortilla. What happened to the employees that cared?????
