Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – the specialty box came with a drink, fries, beefy melt, taco, and a chicken chalupa. The food overall was good as long as you enjoy this type of food to begin with. My SO doesn‘t care for thicker breads so didn’t care too much for the chalupa.

Disappointed, and I’m a fan of Taco Bell. Staff were nice but delivery was lacking. Tonight, we bought two tacos and some KFC. The tacos had maybe a teaspoonful of meat, even less lettuce and cheese. See photo. Ordered chicken finger meal. Asked for honey mustard but no sauce in the bag. No butter for the biscuit.

When I received my 5 tacos I discovered one by one that they were all literally smashed, cracked and sticking to the wrapper from the base of the tacos. There’s no way that all 5 would accidentally be smashed and cracked to pieces. I guess I got pranked pretty good from those young male adults working at this restaurant (Mon) Aug 28, 2023 at approx 8pm. They shouldn’t be working there and representing your company. That was totally juvenile. I just finished a long shift at our local hospital and wanted some of your tacos to enjoy. Well, they ruined my dinner completely. I’m sure they had a good laugh. Imagine the difficulty eating them like that. Don’t let employees dishonor your company like that. This store just lost my future business.

They mess up.our order on the Taco Bell side , in the drive through,every single time. As if they’re to lazy to finish the order properly. I’m not exaggerating one bit. And on the Kentucky Fried chicken side, any time I go to buy a bucket of all dark meat chicken I’m told ” we dont have it ” what does that even mean ❓ I was told they had all white meat though. LoL.. okay. When i asked why didn’t they have dark meat ,I was told because they don’t, okay I said “you’re a chicken place and you dont have chicken to sell”. I backed up and spent my money somewhere else.

Not sure what is going on here. I try to avoid, but then I’ll think that it must have gotten better and stupidly try again. If there are two cars in front of you, expect to wait at least 20 min. If i do make the mistake of going through the drive through, I time it to prove to myself that it really is taking as long as it seems. If more than 3 cars in front of you expect to wait 45 or more min. I order two bean burritos with no onions. They have given me the wrong order multiple times. They have given me bean burritos with onions a fair many times and one time told me at the window that they messed up and put onions on- was that ok?- I was like, ummmmmm… I’ve waited 35 min for these damn burritos, please make them as I ordered. What the heck!? The employees are nice and seem sweet. The manager was the one who was hoping I’d take the mi-made burritos and told me once when it took them over 60 min to get my two bean burritos with no onions that he’d hook me up the next time… then they messed up my order again and he wanted me to take it anyway. They apologized then I waited 20 min for them to make me 2 more bean burritos. I have really scored a few times when they gave me someone else’s order with 6 things in it. I’m guessing whomever got my two bean burritos was pretty upset. Just avoid. It is crazy. And my food is usually cold by the time I get it. I keep waiting to get sick from it. Weirdest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Just a bad relationship that I keep thinking will get better then doesn’t.
