I was not going to leave a review – until I saw this place has a 3.7 due to old reviews. This weekend: order not correct again. I gave up ordering ahead of time thinking that was the issue. Ordered 2 different kinds of donuts. Got 3 of the same kind. The bacon in the sandwich was making pig noises it was so raw. If you order a bagel, don’t be surprised if it comes on a croisant, or vise versa
Used to be good. Used to have the same staff working. One would say it is due to staffing. Someone else would say it is managements’ responsibility.

This Dunkin is inconsistent. Orders are often incorrect, and the food is rarely hot. The eggs are usually soggy and appear undercooked. Drinks are watery, and coffee preparation is inconsistent, even when specific sugar and creamer amounts are requested. Employees have been observed smoking outside and then handling food without addressing the odor. Additionally, the gazebo area, which is uncomfortably close to the drive-thru speaker, is frequently occupied by individuals smoking cigarettes and marijuana, creating an unpleasant experience. The location has potential, but consistency and cleanliness require significant improvement.

Completely ruined my order. I asked for almond milk with my coffee along with a small hot cocoa – received two coffees, one small and one in a medium cup with whip cream on top. Coffees didn’t have what I asked for. There was no rush, there was no line, they had plenty of time to assure the order was corrected and failed. This is ridiculous.

Always have a problem here. Currently their drive thru is and has been broken forever, but they won’t take orders at the window and won’t put a cone up. A waste of time. Use the one on middle turnpike instead and avoid this location.

I came to the dunkin donuts and I came here twice today. The first time was around 5 PM. And I ordered a sandwich and a coffee. I so wait almost 20 minutes for the order. And then the gentleman was rude and the food was cold. My coffee was cold and the food was cold. I paid for it went on my way since I was going to church. I came back and I said. Let me try them one more time. Let me just get a cup of coffee. I ended up at the drive through again. Ask for my coffee. The gentleman didn’t confirm my order left the screen there. Then ask can I help you again? And I ordered my begin and rudley. He told me well. I was already done with you. Didn’t mention that he was done. Didn’t ask me. I was finished didn’t ask me if I wanted to order anything else. Very rude service. I’m waiting to see if my coffee is cold for a second time. So this time he couldn’t even get the coffee correct. He gave me a black coffee with cream on the side and 5 splendas. When I asked for a medium-hot coffee, extra light with splendas. And then he had an attitude with me. After I told him not to charge me. He still went ahead and charged to my card. I’m sorry but the people you have working here Do not have customer service and don’t know how to make a simple order of a coffee..

Consistently gets orders wrong, no cars in the lot and waited 10 minutes for an iced coffee and got a hot coffee. Also ordered the bacon jam grilled cheese and it came with no bacon at all, was just grilled cheese.

Not enough help, service is slow as a result
Time consuming drive thru orders should be directed inside instead. I sat on the same spot today for 9 minutes based on 2 time consuming orders. 3 cars ahead of me also left the line when they got to the mic. During peak times if staffing is low management/owners need to be in the locations.
