I recently moved close by so this spot was convenient…and this is the 2nd and last time ill make a mistake like ordering from here again.
I genuinely cannot put into words how impressively bad the food quality was at this establishment. It was so undercooked it bordered on a health hazard and went straight into the trash after the first bite.
If you’re thinking about ordering from here, do yourself a favor and read the reviews first. Honestly, save your money and take a trip to the dollar store for a frozen Totino’s pizza. You’ll get better quality and a better value, which is saying a lot.

I don’t know if I will ever return to this location. this last time I was here. I ordered a pizza to go and I go in and there’s only one person working as he approaches me at the register he wiped his hands on his apron and proceeds to charge me for the pizza. I’m looking at his fingernails and they’re full of black stuff underneath, I look at his arms and they’re scabs and some of the scabs are bleeding. I honestly wanted to throw up. I am very disappointed in the hygiene of the Team member.

Extremely rude treatment from the manager Scott and the male staff. He would rather be rude to customers than get his staff to have proper hygiene and food handling. The male staff threw the food at us and had no hair netting whatsoever. The only one that treated us with respect was Brook who was getting yelled at and demeaned. The manager Scott takes half of her tips every time she works. The only one that had their hair tied was Brook who seems like she’s the only one that cares about her job.

There’s always something wrong with the order. We order less and less often, hoping it’ll be good or right but never is. Pizza Hut was a huge part of my childhood (book it) but it’s just disappointing now. Today it was apple pies that look like someone balled them up in their fist before putting them in the container. Yes I tipped well (before I opened the container). I just can’t keep ordering food, hoping they’ve turned things around. Clearly that is not going to happen.

Not very good customer service. Went in and watched two employees working, making pizzas and such. Neither of them said anything to me but they knew I was waiting to be helped. I waited patiently but when the gentlemen went to walk back into the office I asked if I could be helped. He basically said it wasn’t his job and said I should probably ask “her” as he pointed to someone sitting at a booth working on paperwork. Not sure how I was supposed to know to ask her. That lady never even looked up at me. The other lady working the back finally came and gave me my online order. She said the lady was writing a letter to management. I got home to find my crust was flat and it had not been cut into slices as they usually are. I think this bad customer is more common amongst the younger generation but these people were older.
This is the second time this exact type of thing has happened. We will now be taking our business elsewhere.

this is the worst pizza hut place i have ever been.
we went there an hour ago to dine in, cashier said only 15 mins for our ordee but took them 50mins. but thats not the worst case. we ordered pepperoni thin crust, they gave us burn and its really crust and dry, you gotta eat with drinks or else it will choke u. i gave my comment to the cashier and she seems like didnt care about it., she just said because we order thin crust, but that was not my first time to eat thin crust in pizza hut, so i know wxactly what i meant. we left so disappointed. we paid $$$ for the pizza that is not worth it, Little ceasar is better than this pizza hut.
