This is my neighborhood location and I order from here all the time. Lately it has gone downhill so much! It literally smells like diarrhea inside And it’s hard to find an employee that will help you. I had to sit down to wait for someone to come and there was nowhere clean to sit. The store needs serious help! I will say I never have complaints about the food.

Taco Bell are you kidding me??? I ordered a steak burrito supreme and I was wondering if you ran out of steak because I only had this little 1inch piece of meat on my burrito. Really if you are going to charge so much for a lousy burrito, at least put some meat on it.

Went through drive thru, paid extra for chicken. When I bit into my taco the chicken was hard. I opened up everything and the chicken on all my items were dried out and dark brown. Absolutely disgusting. After filling out survey it says call 1-800-Taco-Bell option #2 to talk to someone, but it is only automated. The number on receipt just screams like a fax machine. Thanks.

Ordered a breakfast item. New to me. Grilled burrito, scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage bits, potatoes and little bit of tomato matter.
Seriously, this particular item needs an emergency review in the taco bell corporate kitchen.
First bite, grilled tortilla and warm scrambled eggs with no significant flavors. The second and third bites eggs turn to a pasty and starchy potato with no texture.
Really, never found the sausage. Finally got to the moist tomato garnish which surprisingly provided a refreshing feeling on my palette.
Mind you all along through this meal I hit it with a pack of breakfast salsa.
Remember the good ol days when they were generous with the hot sauces. Well now those days are coming to an end.
The drive thru attendant asked me a couple times if I wanted sauce?
Long story short. She requested an exact count of the sauce packets?
When I arrived at the window I asked her why the sauce packet accompaniment had become so complicated she replied, management.
She told me they require every customer to order a specific number of sauces.
Then she told me what’s coming next. The Bells management is going to start charging for hot sauce. Yes folks, Taco Bell Management is going to start charging for hot sauce packets.
What’s next, napkins?

I ordered via doordash. I am super frustrated to recieve these weird paper cups that don’t have taco bell branding at all from taco bell. I ordered a meal with a large strawberry dream slush, got the wrong slushie flavor, wrong size and this weird cup. This is the second time it’s happened.
