This is what a $15 salad looks like at this Subway. I ordered this with 50% extra chicken and avocado. The avocado is missing and the salad is tiny. Spinach is also missing.
It’s sad that Subway is now more expensive than sit down restaurants for what you get. No point in going here, save your money and get a nice meal.

PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS ON THE APP AND GOOGLE!
I feel bad seeing her do it, even though she had already put things away.
BUT everywhere you look, they have their hours being 8am to 9pm.

Spinach rotten, tomatoes dried up and odd color, bell peppers old with black spots. Told the guy I wanted fresh spinach and I didn’t want that stuff put on my sandwich, so he puts it on anyways. Made him take it off, and he refused to get a fresh batch. The bell peppers were old and the container was basically empty. I asked for peppers and he moved the grate at the bottom of the container and gave me the rotten stuff at the bottom. This place is disgusting.

I asked the guy if they had honey oat bread, and he was not looking at me or saying anything, and I kept repeating myself, and he kept staying quiet, fixing the tomatoes. He was very rude, so I took my family to another subway. Will never go back to that subway on US 51 the Workers were trash they need to be replaced or take a class to learn how to talk to customers. 0 stars ⭐️

I just left this subway and the guy that is on shift right now 7/15/23 2:35pm was very rude. He acted like he didn’t want to work there. The customer that was before he acted rude to them. The guy made my sandwich and left it on the counter and was looking at me like what else you want now. I told him that was rude and I’m not walking out the store with my sandwich in my hand. I want a bag. He didn’t ask me was it for here or to go . I will never spend my money again at this subway. Another thing he tried to put brown looking lettuce on my sandwich.

This subway was extremely clean, like squeaky clean. The guy behind the counter was not happy to be at work though. He rolled his eyes when I asked how his day was. The toppings placed on the sandwich were skimpy too, I mean if I’m paying $9 for a sandwich I kind of expected some meat on it. I will not be back at this location. First and last time.

The staff was super rude because my wife told them the veggies was bad. The cucumbers had mold on them and the staffs reply was. “They are short handed” “They don’t have time to change out the veggies” we left the food there and just walked away. Very bad experience. We just got in the car and went to the subway down the street.

They literally mumble in a different language to each other and make fun of you for your sandwich choices because they barely put anything on the sandwich And you have to continue to tell them more. Then mock you as you walk out the door for simply asking for more veggies on the sandwich.

I guess subway sandwiches are only as good as you make them. I would like to be able to order off the menu and not have to pick every single item that goes on it. I miss quiznos. Especially when ordering for other people. I don’t know what goes on that sandwich they saw on TV and asked for… but shouldn’t the “sandwich artist” know what it typically comes with? No, I guess not. No customer service. Be sure you have implicit instructions as to what to order.
